I hired Suzanne, As a property management for one of my properties. And it has been great. She has good communication which that is a big thing for me. Also she got my property rented out less then a week on the market. I highly recommend Suzanne as a property manager. Thank you Suzanne. Glad to have chosen you as a property manager for my property.

Suzanne has been a very pleasant manager during the time we were her tenants. Very responsive, barring one outlier case. Delightfully professional and easy to work with.

She called the police on me several times because I didn’t respond to her in a timely manner I guess, she made fun of other applicants to me when I moved in, charged me for damages that were there previously. Refused to fix the fence after it blew down in a windstorm. Suzanne is the epitome of a slum lord.

Suzanne at Ashbea Property Management is a very professional lady. I have been renting from her for approx. 2 years. She is easy to reach if there is a problem that needs to be addressed or any maintenance that needs to be done , if she is away from her phone she will get back to you the same day even if it’s on a weekend. She addresses all maintenance issues promptly and won’t t leave you hanging for days. She also makes sure that things are fixed correctly and not just a band aid thrown on.For me, communication is really important and she will take the time to not only listen but to hear what you are saying in order to resolve a problem or schedule a repair the best way possible. She is very businesslike and a really nice person.In my eyes and experience she has earned a 5 star rating.

The whole team over at AshBea Property Management is very cooperative and accessible. I have been working with Suzanne over at AshBea for a few years now and have built a great work relationship. She's genuinely a great person, she really helped us out when we were starting.
