Timely, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’d 100% recommend Mark from Master Appliance. I live in the back hollers of Dallas, with dogs, and the technician Mark couldn’t be more pleasant. He was patient with the dogs, and once the hounds stopped baying he got right to work. They had to order parts for my dryer, so they didn’t charge me for the first service call. It just rolled into the actual service appointment that work was being done, which I appreciated. Mark showed me the piece that busted in my dryer, and had it all put together within that first hour of service. I have to mention, he knew exactly which part was busted just by the sound I was telling him my dryer was making. Of course when he came to my house, the dryer wouldn’t make the stupid noise!! I will be using Master Appliance now for any of my appliance troubles.

I highly recommend Master Appliance. The people are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Today when having a new microwave installed the service repair/ installer went above and beyond in making sure it was done right and corrected things that were done years before. Thank you!
I have also purchased a Speed Queen dryer from them, again it was a good experience.

I'm surprised customers had positive reviews about MA's services. Their services SUCK for disabled customers/WOU students like us!!! We live on a campus and we had a washer replacement for a new auto sensory in Nov 2023. It wasn't the best washer and have some issues. They delayed to get this issue resolved since and it hasn't been solved yet. We had a technician, Scott who is definitely not disabled friendly came over to "fix" the washer issue with his laptop three times. Same problem reoccurred after he "fixed it". And then he came back later and replaced one part that he thought it would be solved. Nope. Scott parked in our parking lot and we asked him to please move his van since it's our lot. He put his hand up at us while talking on his mobile phone in the van and refused to leave for more than 5 minutes. So we called campus security right away and asked him to leave our lot right away. He refused to make eye contacts with us when he came over to fix the washer and the WOU mechanic asked him to please communicate with us if he finds any issues or fixed. Nope, we noticed he vanished without communicating with us first. Now, we are still waiting for MA's response to our email and WOU Housing's email regarding replacing a new washer since last week. It's been 7 business days now since last Tuesday. Photo shown: Scott refused to leave our lot. My boyfriend asked him to leave after I asked him to leave.

Just had a visit from Joe at Master Appliance in Monmouth. Dryer heater went bad over 1 week ago. Actually I had read about Master Appliance on Next-door. We stopped in. Made an appointment with Eric, went over all the particulars. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe came as expected. Rapidly found the problem, professionally made the repair and the cost was as expected and reasonable.Now my turn to recommend Master Appliance.

The owner is very knowledgeable and does everything he can to help you with your appliance! My fridge has been a challenge as I pretty much purchased a lemon. However, he's been determined to get it back in working order! They also sell appliances! My next appliance purchase will be with them as they know what they're talking about vs someone working for the big box stores!

I am shocked to see how high the rating this business has been receiving. I have been buying few appliances from them and then asked them to come to our new home to measure for many new appliances. Eric who works there and I had friendly conversation and I thought things will go smoothly. WRONG! I asked them to come more than 3 weeks ago for the measurements and then after that. Nothing from the office. Emailed them asking for updates, still nothing. Very disappointed because I believe in supporting small businesses. Sayonara.
