Don’t make the mistake of going on Tuesday expecting a discount if you have a dairy allergy— they will charge you full price and not tell you ahead of time that you’re paying 13 extra dollars for a measly amount of fake plastic flavored cheese.Dietary restrictions: Not friendly to those with dairy allergies

We love getting their pumpkin pizzas and it’s convenient to pop in and get a freshly prepared pizza.

Maybe I am use to the Papa Murphys in Post Falls, ID. The one in Monmouth had super thin crusts, not much sauce, a small amout of toppings. Since veggies are 1/3 the cost of meat you think the veggie pizza would be loaded. I was going to do a custom topping pizza but they will gouge you $1.50 per topping.

One of my favorite take and bake places of all time. Always fresh toppings and delicious pizza made with care. Simple and quick service, usually pretty fast too for orders. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a pizza! Of all the take and bake places in town, this one is top notch.

Got the wrong pizza and they made us bring it back for proof. A little weird in my opinion. Not our fault you didn’t give us the right pizza. We ordered chicken bacon artichoke and got a different one which is understandable but for us to have to take back the mistake is weird. I work in food service and we never require people to bring back the mistakes. I’m hungry and sad that I have to wait another “30 mins” until they have my correct pizza ready and I have to drive all the way back and waste gas. Not the best customer service in my opinion.

Extremely delicious pizza but gave 1 star because the lady helping me was the MOST rude person I’ve ever encountered working behind a counter!!!! Really kinda ruined my night, if their pizza wasn’t so expensive I would have tossed it in the trash. Will no longer be doing online orders as I would much rather give my big tip to someone who doesn’t make me wonder if they spit in my food!

I hate to be a male "Karen" about this, but we have been repeatedly overcharged on our orders due to an error in their tipping system. Their card reader always calculates the tip percentage based on the *original price* rather than the promo or coupon price. So, for example: a $20 order with a $3 coupon for a total of $17. A 20% tip, however, would end up being $4.00 instead of $3.40, equaling a $0.60 overcharge.I know it's only a few cents or dollars of overcharge each time, but I can't help but wonder what this has added up to overall. What if I paid double? Triple? More? How many people are unknowingly being overcharged each day, week, month, or year? How many locations have this "error"?I can easily imagine 100 orders a day: $0.60 * 100 = $60.7 days a week: $60 * 7 = $420.52 weeks a year: $420 * 52 = $21,840.Google Maps showed 80 locations in my portion of the state alone: 80 * $21,840 = $1,747,200!Obviously, tips are optional, but we want to be courteous and considerate of the *people* working there. But the aggregated amount of these overcharges quickly becomes astronomical. My recommendation: DON'T use the percentage prompts! Either don't tip at all or do a custom tip with an exact dollar amount. My opinion: the customers shouldn't be inadvertently being taken advantage of like this. And the employees shouldn't worry about NOT being tipped because of this error either. This definitely needs to be addressed.
