Store gave our order to the wrong person then gave us a hard time about it.We placed an app order for pickup through the drive thru. When we went to pick up the order a few hours later the person working the drive thru said they couldn’t find our order and there was nothing they could do. We offered to show them our order on the app on our phone and they said they couldn’t do that.We ended up having to go inside and overheard them saying they gave our order to the wrong person. They finally remade the order for us. Very disappointing to see that they were so unhelpful about the whole situation instead of communicating with us about what had happened.

This place is expensive! About a week and a half ago I ordered up 2 burrito supremes, a crunch wrap supreme and a Mexican pizza. Came out to $22.56. just placed the exact same order while working down in central point and the entire bill was $20 flat after saying yes to rounding up 30 cents for charity.Maybe there's a good reason for this but either way the food at this location was lacking. Both burritos were much smaller than what I got tonight and the crunch wrap supreme from here was a joke. No reason to come backMaybe we'll get lucky and this place will close and become a Del taco or Jack in the box.

I love the new ordering system dnt have waiting feeling dumb waiting for someone to take my order ??. The place is clean ?? . So get your cheap gas and dnt worry about the ozone

Just came through the drive thru and the girl was super rude. I ordered one thing and smiled and thanked her the whole time. Every time I come through she has a stale attitude for no reason as if I’m upsetting her by being there. Also they usually never give me the sauces I ask for which is fine but I can’t stand the horrible customer service.

Staff at this taco bell is really unfriendly as everyone else has said. I hit the drive through 20 minutes before closing (I know) and told me they were closed. I would never go to a full service restaurant 20 minutes before closing but come on, this is fast food. If that's the policy then I would understand, but I haven't encountered that in fast food before.

This place is awful. Honestly, it’s the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m going to start an entire series of reviews every time I come here. Tonight the person at the window was Tyler. Poor Tyler is dead inside and hates his job. Heres every word Tyler spoke;“Order when you’re ready”“What else?”“17.49”“Yep”Honestly, that’s every word that he said. Good was terrible, service was awful. Why doesn’t the owner sell this place to someone who cares about customer service???

When this location first opened, the staff and food were superb! I used to be greeted with friendly, efficient service and hot, "tastes as good as the picture looks" food. Sadly, in the last 6 months or so both have gone down hill considerably, most notably the service. Now the staff are very short and down right RUDE! I thought the 1st couple times this happened were one-offs but now it's the norm, no matter the time of day or who takes my order. Sigh. Do better ? ?, I know you can!

When they get the food right, its tastes great. This isnt one of those Taco Bells you feel gross walking into or that NEVER gets your order right.But Ive had plenty of missteps at this specific place. Crunch wraps with nothing inside them, missing food, etc. Id say theres a 20% chance of your order being wrong in some way at all times. (Yes, Ive eaten here way too much to have figured that out).Overall, double-check your bag before you leave the parking lot, and you're probobly fine. Unless they forget to put anything in your crunchwrap. (Thats happened at least twice to me, btw.)Also 100% use the app. The online-exclusive cravings boxes are the best deal. For $5 on the regular menu you can get a crunchwrap. For $5 on the app you can get a crunchwrap, a burrito, a side, and a drink.

Used to be decent, now it's just mediocre at best. It has some good stuff, but now the staff tends to be pretty short attitude-wise and certain items always come with a rather underwhelming quantity of ingredients, to put it lightly.

I have ordered online for dinner one night, And I've waited over 40 minutes max. While I was waiting I was watching the your order is being processed screen during that time of waiting. I had given them a call to ask about my order and how long until it was ready since nothing had shown up yet. They had yet to Inform me that they don't make the food until you pull up to the drive through and say you're here to pick up the order. To be honest I use online ordering to skip the line not wait in line like I have to with what they're doing at this Taco Bell.
