I received excellent customer service from Patrick when I set up my PO box. This is a great post office with very little wait time and friendly staff to assist.

Nice, small post office. Never had more than a couple people in line in front of me when picking up a package from our PO Box (with the exception of the holidays where every post office is crazy!) Staff is always super friendly and nice.
