“Went to them after another body shop said they were 3 months out on repairs. Called and set up an appointment for inspection. The next day went out, had pictures taken, and parts ordered. Also asked about a quote for a door repair I had needed done. The quote was very reasonable, so they ordered that part as well. About a week later, they called saying the parts were in and that they could begin repairs. Dropped the car off, and they said that they would give me updates once or twice a week. Took about 3 weeks for repairs, which was less time than they initially thought, even though there was more damage than expected, so that was very nice as well. Got updates every week, letting me know the progress, which was appreciated. Day before pickup, there was a SNAFU with my insurance, which they called me immediately about, and was able to get resolved within 15 minutes or so. Car looks great, the door is repaired, and they even buffed my headlights so I can see better at night. Great people to work with, very clear communication, would highly recommend to anyone that needs body work done.”
