I went in with a very serious medical concern and was essentially told to just deal with it. They swapped my doctor with someone who does not know my history yet still took it upon himself to start making changes to my care plan. Myrtle creek is a one horse town so there are not a lot of medical providers to choose from. I think they know this and treat patients as a captive audience.I recommend finding healthcare elsewhere.

We moved to Oregon last December and I have been trying to get an initial medical appointment, and it hasn’t been easy! I scheduled an appointment with Kim Stevens back around the 1st week of March, I have had to get and forward my medical records myself from California. I spent time filling out their very inclusive newcomer packet, have had several email and text reminders, then the DAY before my appointment, 10 minutes after receiving another reminder, I get a call cancelling my appointment and asking to reschedule sometime in June. They did agree that it sucks but oh well. As a disabled Vet I am used to having to tough things out and move forward so that is what I will do.

I absolutely love this office! My Dr Kimberly Stevens recently switched to this office and I love going to my appts because everybody is very kind and helpful! I also love the the fact that when I call the office, I am able to speak with somebody right away and they are always friendly and knowledge. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

The Providers and Staff are very caring and personable. The atmosphere is family like. I enjoy my visits to the clinic. The clinic.. By Far.... Is the most proficient I have experienced.

I've had excellent healthcare here. I'm on my 3rd provider since Dr. Mark Hersher retired. I was under his care for almost 30 years. Since it has changed from private practice to a clinic I realize that there will be changes in providers. If I feel insecure with my provider I will move on myself. Great bunch of people.

Generally not a recommended place to go. Most physicians don't take how your feeling seriously or have outdated information. Not only that, but they aren't really LGBT friendly or at least not trans friendly. About 20 percent of the time you'll get a good doctor who cares about your wellbeing and pronouns. But most will straight up ignore it. Several times I've had physicians ignore using pronouns and then turn around and call me she outside the room or call me she in the room. Not only that, but some people give rude looks if they know you identify as trans, and have been on hormones or are on hormones,, and even though they have your name HUGELY written on the clipboard, will still deadname you. If you try to correct them, most times they will talk over you or ignore you. But even if gender wasn't an issue, they still will not resolve the issue you're having most times than not.

Have been seeing Terry Bancroft for 10years and recently switched our newborn daughters care to him. He is caring and listens. Will never find another Doctor for our family.

Dr Skinner was amiable and effectively administered care and referrals, however, her skinny blonde receptionist was extremely snide and attempted to harass me out of seeing my previous psychologist, Dr Yates- who was also amiable and my favorite effective Dr of all time. Snotty blonde was extremely rude- and feigned supremacy- every day I was there, insisted on telling me Dr Yates would not like me, etc. The MA seemed nice until I overheard her insolence and gossip about me and ailing symptoms through the closed door. Switched clinics but that was even worse. I guess they thought I was a drug addict, although, still not sure what I am addicted to. I don't even consume alcohol. Just the temporary mild antipsychotics prescribed. Not all "Drs" are bad or licentious but the few who are have me contacting OHA and attorneys for their scurrilous abuse and discrimination. I have OHP and am middle class spiritual Christian grieving responsibly for family I tended to in comfort care.Sorry there is not much more I can say that is positive. Just grateful for what little kindness was shown.

The worst health care imaginable. I've had three providers in three years. (Simmons, Bergeron, Orians). They hire a provider who then abruptly leaves. There is something very wrong in the office. Moreover, I was billed incorrectly for a visit that should have been coded as an annual physical and covered 100% under preventative care. Instead, my appointment was coded as an office visit and I was stuck with a large bill. When I followed up, I was told that it had been coded incorrectly, but when nothing happened and I followed up again, I was told it had been coded correctly. Reaching out and writing letters was useless. They simply do not care and are incompetent.
