Worst experience ever. The girl that works there is rude and made us feel so inconvenient for being there. She had the worst customer service ever. Was so rude to my kids. It’s supposed to be a family place and all she did was ruin the whole experience for us. Won’t be returning.

Fun small town local bowling alley for the whole family. If you're staying at 7 feathers and don't want to drive all the way to roseburg for some fun, I recommend nickel bowl. It also has 2 pool tables, arcade machines for the kids, and video poker machines for the adults

Bowling was fun. Woman at counter was rude. Paying customers during listed business hours??? Like we ruined her day.

Me and my family had fun here, great bowling alleys, great food, great staff, but most of the arcade games don't work I would say that it's fun, but some stuff doesn't work.

Customer service from the lady working there was terrible, rude for no reason. You’d think you’d be nice to the few people that come through there. The ladies husband was very kind though.

I took me and my girl here a week ago because we like to bowl. When we showed up everything was cool, after awhile the lane we used stopped working so I go to ask for help from an employee. When I go to the front desk noone was there. I wait for about 5 minutes before an angry dude walks up and gives me attitude, I ask for help with my lane and he says it shouldn't be not working and asked what I did to make it not work and made me feel like it was my fault. After he fixed it we finished our game and tried to pay. they said I owed $40 for 2 people?? Total scam I've never been to a bowling alley this shady and unwelcoming. Wish I could give 0 stars won't be returning!!

Horrible. Extremely rude service. My family and I couldn't ask for anything, food, shoes, ect., without the staff acting like we were inconveniencing them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For it being the only bowling ally close to home you would think they would want to treat their customers with respect. The lady was the biggest issue, With all the glares and attitude that family has to offer I'm surprised the Nickle Bowl is even in business still.

My wife and I haven't bowled for too many years and we took our grandson there for a night out and we stunk at bowling lol, but we had a blast. The staff there are very helpful and helped make it a wonderful experience. Thank you! I encourage you to check the nickel bowl and have a great time like we did .
