The staff is dedicated, helpful, and knowledgeable, making visitors feel at home. Unlike large gyms, NCRD is not intimidating and provides a comfortable space for all. Great local place to work out. I’ve read the other reviews, and every staff member that I have had contact with have been great. See for yourself, don’t listen to the naysayers. This place is a blessing.
