“Thank you Alvaro, I think that was their name. I was waiting in line to pick up a delivery that wasn't able to complete. It was my anniversary gift for my gf so I was a little annoyed that there was an issue getting it on time. But as I'm waiting in line, this employee came from the back when they saw me and helped me super smoothly. They were very polite, quick, and efficient. A lot of employees can be tunnel visioned with tasks, so I recognize employees who are self aware of their environment/needs all around the business and quick to react and this was 10/10. The fact they noticed from the back and didn't ignore me really surprised me. Anyways, enjoy the 5 star rating, and keep them around. They are an employee to invest in.”
