If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. I came here to help a family member gather some of their items to pack up to move to her new place. We were leaving right at 8pm when they closed and the person that works here started yelling me at me with my two small children, when all I was doing was helping my family. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend renting a storage with northwest self storage, they are very kind and they are open until 10pm. Because this place is a joke and top of this woman being rude. They are over priced. Oh! One last thing she also broke one of the totes we had placed outside of the gate so we could load it up without being late past the 8pm time.DO NOT RENT A STORAGE HERE! You will regret it.

The staff is great! The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars, is because it's definitely on the expense side.

Clean place but customer service is severely lacking. Trying to update card information is impossible and staff was rude when I expressed my concern with how difficult it was to navigate. Storage fees also go up too often.

I love A Storage Place! Michelle always always always goes above and beyond! So friendly, and has amazing customer service! Not sure if she’s the manager, if not, she sure should be! A Storage Place and Michelle are not just a 5 star rating, they absolutely the best! Keeps my mind at piece with my stuff stored there! Keep up the amazingness!!!

This is the nicest storage unit facility ive been in. Really clean well kept up to date. And I can leave it there knowing my stuff is super safe and secure! Thank you for being awesome Michelle, she answered all my questions and was super responsive with calls!

this place is ridiculous you have to have car insurance to rent a storage unit, what if you don't drive and you just get a ride there to drop stuff off?

I was hoping to switch over to this storage facility, but when I just called in the lady was rude and short and obviously didn't want any business. I simply asked about pricing and she seemed to get angry and tell me that "pricing changes depending on availability IF anything is available" so I felt like the prices are certainly not meant to be competitive. I've never like the "used car lot haggling" anyway. I'll definitely look elsewhere.

I have had a unit at A Storage for 8 years. Joanie is a GREAT property manager. Very nice and goes above and beyond !! Would not consider going elsewhere.
