I wanted to order a new device and some accessories and figured it wouldn't get messed up and I heard they get the stuff faster than if I went online to ATT. Well that was a mistake the guy ordering my stuff messed it up so it didn't ship so it took even longer because I had to wait for my money to be put back on my card and then order it MYSELF online. I also had a problem with my phone and my watch connecting thru number sync. Spent 3-4 days talking with people on the phone had one person remote access my phone to figure it out and was told my only option was to take it in to store and I might have to make a ticket so they could fix the issue which would've cost money and time. Well the person in the store spent hours trying to connect it to no avail. I eventually told him I'd take it home and mess with it. Before I even got home I had fixed what they couldn't and got it connected and working. I am still with ATT because of other reasons but probably won't be asking them if i have anymore issues unless it's Necessary. But I can say service it's great and for the most part people have been nice apart from a couple.

I had excellent customer service from Sandon at the Newberg, Oregon AT&T store when upgrading my plan on Friday, August 4th.

Lied about previous phone trade in and refused to make it right - had to fight with ATT to correct a mistake made at the store - never resolved but ATT did finally give trade in credit regardless of the fact that the issue was with the store forgetting to send in the phone trade in

This is the first time, I have taken the time to write up a post on any person or business. This post is to prevent you from making the same mistake I did today by doing business with this store. Its a franchise store and the manager's name is Miguel.Having owned many businesses with employees, Miguel is the worst of the worst and is in the wrong position. He is rude, incompetent and will end up costing you time and money.My suggestion is NEVER EVER go into a franchise AT&T store and only do business with CORPORATE AT&T stores, like the one in the Bridgeport Shopping center. Their level of service, their product knowledge and the time and money you save is well worth the drive.Torben, who is Miguel's supervisor has yet to respond to the my negative experience today. As a manager these are the calls a good manager who wants to correct the action of their employees should follow up on. I'll keep you posted!

You MUST work with DANA when you visit At&t. She is an expert in all devices, accessories, data and photography. The time I walked in I got an opportunity to be with one of god's warriors/ angle. She has been with At&t since pagers and the game worm. ( If you know)

New customer to AT&T and I was not disappointed! I went to this store to open up a new account and purchase a new phone. Miguel assisted me throughout the entire process with ease! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service!
