Had to find a place for one night at the last minute. I knew going in that it was overpriced due to graduation week but I had no choice.
The bright parts of the stay was the front desk, he needs to be paid more, and quietness.
The room we had was spacious. The bed was firmer than I like. When I woke up this morning there was a dip in the mattress and it was uncomfortable. Carpet was stuck in the it's. Arm chair was so low i had difficulty getting out of it.
Overall our stay was pleasant but I won't go back.

Amy, the absolutely wonderful lady who works the desk in the evening, is so amazing! She’s kind, extremely helpful and caring. Best Western needs to give Amy a promotion because if she worked for my company, I’d make sure she is paid highly to train others how to give exceptional service!

This is a great hotel with excellent service. Kayla was amazing in accommodating us. We ended up needing to change to a ground floor due to a mobility issue with a family member. In order to make this happen at the last minute eight reservations had to be juggled around. Not very many hotels would make that Herculian an effort. We are very impressed. Continental breakfast from 6 AM to 9:30 AM has a generous selection of hot and cold items the likes of hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, cereal, fresh whole fruits, coffee, and multiple juice selection. There are 4 pet friendly rooms here (rare) with lanolium floors. The rest of the rooms are pet and smoke free. The bed was very comfortable and would not have been out of place in a much more expensive Ritz Carlton room. Staff interactions have all been pleasant, and we love that there is an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. So this is not a hotel with much amenities outside it is perfectly suited to check all of the boxes for a wonderful place to stay and get out and see the Portland and Newburgh cities. We picked this college for its proximity to George Fox University though we see it's also fairly close to Lewis and Clark.

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Newberg, Oregon. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a nice separate sitting area that included a couch and two TVs—perfect for relaxing or spreading out a bit if you're staying more than a night. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus.
The hotel itself felt open and accessible, with wide hallways that made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Parking was super convenient and close to the entrance, and we really appreciated how smooth and quick the check-in and check-out process was at the front desk—friendly staff and no hassle.
Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable spot for anyone visiting the area.

Kayla and David were so sweet and helpful. They also handled som difficult guests with such grace. I hope this review gets to their boss. The pool was amazing. Room was great. Probably one of my new favorite hotels to be honest. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!! Great location as well.
Noteworthy details: Great staff, great room, great breakfast, and overall awesome place.

Centered in Oregon Wine Country, Best Western Newberg Inn is the perfect place to branch out from. I have spent enumerable nights at this location and have always left refreshed. Thanks to the great staff for always being helpful and kind! Benifits include pool/spa/sauna and work out room as well as free continental breakfast. Rooms are clean, quiet and have all the basic needs covered. Highly recommended....
Safety: No proximity to homeless encampments make the parking area safe and clean! It's well lit and off the main road so your vehicle is well protected.

We stayed here May 2024 during a cross country trip on our bikes. The front staff was extremely helpful and accommodating regarding some challenges we ran into with our trip logistics. Everyone we met here was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained

Nothing to complain about, everyone's been polite, rooms clean and not insanely priced, and the location is good if you are staying in Newberg or surrounding areas as it's about a minute from the freeway.

I am a fairly picky person as I own a cleaning business that has done many hotels and medical buildings, I would highly recommend this hotel first because of the cleanness and the price. I am very happy with the quality of the room and the way they do the pillows & blankets the fact the headboards are wood & vinyl and can be wiped down after each guest will help ? percent with cross contamination from Bed Bugs. ? this is hiw a hotel SHOULD KEEP THE SHEETS & TOP COVER. CLEAN AFTER EVERY GUEST! Thank you for offering a clean & comfortable room at a reasonable price.
