I purchased a ring for my partner along with some earrings, I paid for the warranty assuming that it would cover lost or damaged items, because that was what I was told, my mistake for believing that. The ring isn’t covered for being lost, the earrings I have to pay for a new earring, but ONLY stud earrings, not hoops. The warranty is useless don’t waste your money.

This was my first time going to the Newberg location. I was nervous to get my ring cleaned and resized since I didnt have my OG receipt with my careplan, thankfully Kim and Nancy were there to help me. They helped me with everything I was nervous about. My partner even got what she wanted cleaned and resized. They were very helpful with all of our questions. I will definitely be returning here with them. Great customer service.

Popped in here to grab a bra or two for my daughter during a softball tournament. She needed to try them on and was met by a very rude associate, Wanda. She didn't offer to open the fitting rooms for us, even though she was less than 5 feet away from them. When we asked, she said someone will be right there in a very rude tone. She then continued putting put backs away for a few minutes and then came over and nastily said you can only have five items. My daughter counted out her bras and there were five exactly. Wanda huffed and opened the door. Very rude customer service. I'm assuming since we are camping and we look less than high class and were treated as such.

Number one, move the fish away from the bakery! Terrible design plan. Second, you no longer offer plastic bags. Fine, but put handles on your paper bags! The reusable bags you offer are too small and I'm not buying more of them to accomplish what other store bags can with one! Could not carry everything home on foot because of it. Help us out more Freddies, you can afford it more than the rest of us can.

Absolutely love the experience! LaShelle in Scappoose is awesome! I went in for engagement ring and bought another as well. Sizing is quick and easy. 10/10 will buy there again!

I went there at 9:06 pm tonight. The hours say it is open. A young bearded man yelled "yes" at me when i asked if they were closed since they had cones in front of each pump. As An elderly woman I am not accustomed to being treated like this. I went across to the 76 where the price was less and the young man was very kind.

This place is horrible. Service is terrible. The employees are rude. Everything is out of stock and the lines are insane! They also do not enforce a mask policy. The only reason the get one star is because I can not choose no stars. Good luck out there!

Beware of Fred Meyer's home delivery! I ordered an item for my elderly dad. Fred Meyer never notified me that it was out of stock or that they were sending me a SUBSTITUTE item. But that's what happened. When I notified Fred Meyer that we could not use the substitute item whatsoever, they said they would not refund the $9.95 delivery charge or the tip; they would only give me an in-store credit for the item itself. So beware, so matter what you order online, Fred Meyers has the right to send you whatever they want to send you instead of what you paid for, and there's not a thing you can do about it.

We like Fred Meyer especially when we need more than just groceries. We also absolutely love the Home Chef meals they carry. This location is definitely busy but aren't most of them anyways? We also love getting gas at Fred Meyer as it's usually cheaper and you can use your rewards. Station attendants are always friendly.

Maria, the manager at the Newberg Fred Meyer, refused to price match an item that Best Buy was selling for 170 dollars less. Abhorrent customer service. She didn't even do any research. She just refused. Shop elsewhere. Anywhere. Run!

I had no idea what a Fred Meyer was until this visit in Newberg. I thought it was the actor who played Herman Munster or the guy from Car 54, Where are You? But nope, it's a fabulous store which has groceries, clothing, and other stuff as well. Sure Target and Walmart do the same thing, but this was done a little differently and had a different feel than the bright light On this trip, we were looking for things like bottled water, breakfast bars, and the like for stocking up our rental unit for a week of hiking, driving, and exploring Oregon. We found that and then some. I wish we were staying longer as I would have easily filled up my cart with everything from additional snacks to fresh food to cool clothing and attire. If I must say, it kinda had a military commissary vibe to it with electronics and other items useful to the community, as the nearest Walmart/Target was a bit of a ways away. I'd say it's probably the biggest store in Newberg, but I left my measuring tape at home. It's not the Judge from My Cousin Vinny, it's a store that has a little bit of everything, all of the time.

This Fred Meyers in Newberg is always clean and well stocked. Personnel have always been very helpful and customer supportive. I had ordered a patio dining set from another store and was not contacted until almost pick up time that the item was not avaialble. The Newberg manager of this store ensured the table set was held for me and corrected pricing issues/miscommunications from the previous store. The store manager personally worked with me to finalize the purchase and his time and support made this purchase a great relief and joy. I am grateful for the attention and time given to my situation which made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!!
