Very rude. I switched pharmacies.If they cannot be at least minimally polte to me when I am seriously ill I will take my business elsewhere.

They’re fast, just busy. What matters is that I’ve never had a prescription not able to be filled in under two hours, usually 30 minutes. Plan accordingly for how busy it can be, mornings are best in my experience. Got ny covid and flu shot in both arms in under 5 minutes too.

Our family loves doing much of our grocery shopping at this store, but the Pharmacy has been a huge time suck and cause of much frustration.I'm not sure if it's an issue of being understaffed, or maybe just an issue of having a lack of properly trained staff....But, yikes, if you can avoid having to use this pharmacy, you probably want to.......This recommendation is for a number of reasons, sort of mute to list them all, but our entire family has had reoccurring problems and the kicker is that (most) of the RX staff we have delt with so far has had seemingly ZERO interest in addressing and fixing them.

I called to get an emergency dose, was told 1-2 hours. I went in to check very quickly on whether it would be 1 or 2 hours so I could run another errand or stay. It was already done about 15 minutes after the call. I’m not sure if it’s because it was an emergency dose I mentioned that I needed that it was moved up, but that was not something they had to do and did it anyway.

Popped in here to grab a bra or two for my daughter during a softball tournament. She needed to try them on and was met by a very rude associate, Wanda. She didn't offer to open the fitting rooms for us, even though she was less than 5 feet away from them. When we asked, she said someone will be right there in a very rude tone. She then continued putting put backs away for a few minutes and then came over and nastily said you can only have five items. My daughter counted out her bras and there were five exactly. Wanda huffed and opened the door. Very rude customer service. I'm assuming since we are camping and we look less than high class and were treated as such.

I typically don't make online reviews (good or bad) and my grace bucket is quite high but as an advocate for my husband and for people treating others with respect, I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the Pharmacist at the Newberg Fred Meyer location. We are very friendly, patient, gracious people and my husband walked away biting his tongue and feeling completely disrespected after trying to fill the same Rx he has been filling for decades at another FM location which just happened to be out this one time. We will not return to this pharmacy again.
