I got rear ended. Insurance was gonna pay repair or total. It needed to be done timely they took too long then totalled it. I have on recording they were gonna pay for my rental because they took too long they needed estimate by monday i didnt get anything til friday so they needed to cover my additional rental they said they would then over less than $1k totalled my truck so they didnt have to pay a measly like $200 rental. Im sick. One dude there is cool and thats it. Im so angry dont take ur vehicle to these scan artists. If they wanna make it right ill take this down but they prolly wont. Im already screwed paid 30k for a truck 2 years ago they claim its worth 11k and itll take 12k to fix it so. I waited on an estimate over a week insurance wise even other agent called them and they said theyd cover it so finally that day they sent a total estimate just to stick me with a rental. I learned friday it was totaled when it wasnt bad i got rear ended and i had to leave for work monday out of town that week and with the 4 or 5 days they shouldve covered now im out of pocket cause they guys insurance said were not paying cause the shop to a ridiculous amount of time!

Gerber employees were most helpful in determining that our car’s scratches could be buffed out, and they did it on the spot, at no charge! We were most thankful!

Honestly the one star is just so I can leave a review. I got my car back from them, and EVERYTHING from my car was stolen. Dash cam, camp/safety gear out of the trunk, dog seat cover, chargers & aux cord, along with all personal items out of the glove box & center console and more. My entire car was WIPED CLEAN. Even all my floor mats were cleaned and placed in the cleared trunk. Additionally my car REAKED of urine and there was visible mouse feces all over my trunk. My assumption was that all of my belongings were stolen by an employee, or my doors were left unlocked while they worked on it, and someone else stole everything, and they left my doors open to have rodents find their way in. Either way the neglect of my vehicle while in their possession was crazy, and them cleaning my entire car out, moving and cleaning my mats, wiping down every surface inside, and clearing out some loose trash, and NOT TELLING ME all of my things were stolen is CRAZY. After trying to ask them about it, they never got back to me and proceeded to ignore my emails, and I had to file a police report. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. If you have to, make sure it is completely empty, and request that they MAKE SURE they are locking your doors while working on it.

I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Collision and Glass. We have had to bring in two vehicles in the past four months. The moment I walked in I received a friendly greeting from Amanda at the front desk. I also had positive experiences with Dave, Marcel and other staff. They were all friendly, as well as very professional. The estimates were prepared quickly. They also kept me updated throughout the process. They were affordable and the end results of my repaired cars were better than expected. What meant even more to me is that they listened and were compassionate about the accidents we were involved in. They truly cared. Few places do that anymore. So, if you are looking for someone who cares, to make your car look great and do it for an honest, affordable price, look no further than Gerber.

Writing a quick review to say how outstanding the guys were at Gerber. My MB wagon’s hatch hydraulic arm had come loose, rendering the car undrivable. Thankfully I was only a block away from Gerber. Jason and the technician stopped what they were working on and fixed it for me right there. They had the right tools and the know-how. I’m very grateful, thank you guys. I highly recommend the place.

The people at Gerber were quick to get an estimate for us and got the repairs done right away. When I expressed concern about picking the car up they offered to deliver the car to my house. Above and beyond! Well done Gerber!

I don’t think anyone is ever excited to have their car repaired! I called to get a quote and they worked me in the very next day ( it was a small job) they were very busy in the back but they came out to wear I was parked to see what needed to be done. They utilized what they could so part costs were minimal. They were able to get the ordered part within a couple days and had it repaired the same week I received the quote! Jason and the guys in the back are really friendly and that is rare anymore! Thank you guys!!

Super friendly and helpful. Who wants to have to go to a body shop? Me neither, but this place was good. They got me in quickly, helped get me on the schedule, and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of.
