“Level Up is a game changer! The owners are a group of strong, inspiring women who have built an incredible gym. I love how each instructor brings their own style and flair to their classes. The class variety is one of my favorite things about this gym. There are SO MANY OPTIONS: Yoga, Barre, backside burn, cycle, strength, boot camp - there really is something for everyone, with lots of different times to work with your schedule. This team has all the best energy & it really shines in the community of members that I really believe are a group of kind, encouraging and inclusive people cheering each other on while having a blast in class. Diane, Kara & Crystal are excellent owners & instructors who are passionate about fitness and how it can improve your life. These women make classes so fun! The membership options are excellent - including a ZOOM membership for getting the Level up experience from home or travels. The facility is clean, well stocked with anything you might need. It's conveniently located between two coffee shops - so your pre and post workout needs are double covered. I'm incredibly grateful for this gym & community.”

The only reason I no longer attend is because I now live farther away, and my work schedule combined with my kids’ busy sports activities makes it difficult to get there consistently.

“There might be no windows, but we don't need that distraction. The machines might be on the older side, but they are the ones our heroes used. The lighting might be 1999 strip mall, but we're not here for social media. Never felt more comfortable in a gym. 5/5.
