Went to get help today, the lady at the desk next to the front door with black hair was Unwelcoming, rude, didn't want to help. That place is just as bad inside as it looks outside.I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.

My 62 year old mother and 91 year old grandmother have been banking here for over a decade. They are both disabled, my grandmother in a wheelchair and on oxygen while my mom has dedicated her life (24/7) to caring for my grandmother. Not only did no one acknowledge any of us as we entered and waited 20 minutes to make adjustments to our joint lockbox, when Andrew finally ambled over he did so rudely.I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 because eventually we had the simple change made and that is all. Andrew was offensive in demeanor and conversation. He sighed and huffed and complained about everything from his personal life to fellow customers the entire time. He made disgusting remarks about disabled people and people on social security over and over again as well as calling disabled customers "the shuffling dead" while referring to others as "stupid." He never once asked if any of us had questions or thanked us for our patience as other employees simply ignored us and ambled about.I was appalled by the entire experience and my poor people-pleasing family kept attempting to make HIM feel better about all the inappropriate things he complained about. We'll likely close our account and tell others to bank anywhere but there.

Made an appointment online and when I showed up, was told there was no one available to help me. They didn't even know an appointment was made, as "they don't get notified". Glad I found out early so I can take my business somewhere worthwhile.

The manager is an uppity twat that acts like her fecal matter doesn't stink. Well guess what blondy... It does badly. I've had nothing but negative experiences with this branch in particular. Today's stunt they pulled however is the straw that's breaking the camels back. I'm closing my accounts to this conglomerate and giving key the middle finger. Ill find where I'm treated with respect and not like a lowly animal as they do here. ?

Having a couple businesses in Newberg we were having trouble finding a quality bank that stayed open during the plandemic. The management and coworkers welcomed us with open arms.KeyBank resolved our business banking concerns. I am glad there are still banks that care about their customers. Thanks KeyBank!

This whole no bank tellers thing is ridiculous and inefficient. Whom ever decided to reinvent the banking system needs to realize that was a mistake.

Not a fan. Went in and felt super not welcomed. A guy was walking out from behind the counter and didn't greet me friendly and I have a disability and brain Injury and a hard time communicating and understanding. Due to feeling so unwelcome and like this guy did not want to go back behind the counter I said I would go use the atm to deposit my check. Well the atm would not accept it so I left and will go to a different one next time. Have won't use this branch again since it seemed like an Inconvenience I was there. Maybe he had to run to the bathroom before pooping his pants and that's why I said was an inconvenience to walk in at 445pm. The Hillsboro and Orenco branch are so much better and helpful.

Great banking options friendly tellers but the person I spoke to Anna about creating an account treated me absolutely horrible and gloated the entire time I spoke with her so as long as you don't have to talk to her a great banking experience overall.

Newberg branch has great customer service. I find customer service is a thing of the past with most companies now a days. I delt with a loan officer named Anna and she was amazing to work with. She was a referral from people with in our community, so words out. Keep up the good work.

Will overdraft charge you before you actually overdraft. Then when you call they refuse to fix anything. So done with them, sticking to my Credit Unions!
