Matt Stephens has been my family’s insurance agent ever since I can remember. He’s always done right by us, and on a regular basis Matt checks in personally to make sure we’re aware of all possible discounts we can take advantage of. My brother was T-boned in his first car a few years ago, the night he got his driver’s license no less. I recall that we had a totally hassle-free insurance experience, ending in an excellent payout on the totaled vehicle. I’m now in my twenties, a homeowner, a future husband, and I take comfort in knowing my assets are protected by Country (and backed by Matt’s expertise). They likely always will be. Thanks to Matt for always having our family’s best interest at heart.

Matt provides extraordinary service. He proactively communicates with me regarding my policies, making sure that I am properly insured and not over insured. When my son was involved in an accident a few years ago, Matt picked up the call on his cell and gave guidance to us while we were at the scene of the accident. Country was extremely fair with us on the totaling of the vehicle and they processed the claim quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Matt, and I also highly recommend Country Financial. A terrific agent working for a great company is worth the cost of the premium and then some. Thanks Matt!

Matt takes the time to explain everything and is super nice! I’ve had a really great deal on my insurances for many years now and I recommend him to everyone. He even sends out a cute Christmas card every year with a picture of his family and their life updates. So cute.
