This has been the best location I’ve been to! David was so helpful I went in for one thing not realizing my vehicle needed way more care than i thought and they took care of everything! Everyone was so kind and funny. I really trust them with my vehicle and will be returning for future car services.

Went in for inspection, and quote on known repair. They quoted me a price for repair and brake pads(which were under meineke lifetime warranty). Went ahead with repair,only for them to call me and say the repair could cost another 550 dollars because the part was unpredictable. Fine, so I said just do the free pads and I'll pay for labor. They still charged me over 300 bucks for the labor on free break pads. No other disassembly was even preformed (great since you obviously don't know what you're doing on it.) I know the process, I'm just not able to preform it as I'm om disability, and if the tear off damaged the part, which are seals, new one is less the 100 bucks.

I have been going to my local Newberg Meineke for a year and a half for oil changes. (I used to change my own oil, but after getting a different vehicle I can't use the ramps because of the clearance. ) They have friendly, prompt service, reasonable prices including coupons and a rewards program, a nice waiting area, good communication, and I have never been pressured to pay for extra repairs that I didn't come in for. (They used to print out a list of recommended services for repairs with what seemed to me very expensive price estimates, but don't seem to be doing that recently. I haven't actually figured out if those repairs were needed--my mechanic elsewhere said no, but I have since lost faith in that particular mechanic and have yet to follow up on the issues.) You can book online or over the phone--fast and easy. The current service person, Ryan, is very personable and responsive to any questions! I appreciate that a lot! Even though it goes against the grain of my miserly tendencies to pay for an oil change, they make it painless otherwise. :-) I'm giving 4 stars for now since I still don't know if the previously diagnosed issues were real or not, and if they were, the prices made me want to search out options.
