This business has the best customer service ever! They genuinely care about meeting people's shipping needs and worked extremely hard to help me with my urgent shipping needs. Customer service like this is rare, and they went above and beyond. Fantastic team!

This is listed as a UPS access point online. What they do not tell you online is that you will pay an extra $10 on top of the change of delivery fee from UPS just to pick it up here. Pretty sneaky and underhanded. I will be reporting this to usp.Edit: The Newberg Mail Room replied yesterday trying to justify their $10 charge saying that it was standard practice. And that the ups store did it as well. They are lying. The ups store does not charge that fee. I just picked up my package there. This is not standard practice. Interestingly enough, the Newberg Mail Room decided to delete their response....

Pretty sneaky and underhanded. I reported them to ups, as that is against ups policy for an access point. They have steep shipping charges as well. Avoid these scam artists.

I needed to ship a case and a half of wine to Massachusetts. The staff were great - very accommodating and helpful. They let me know the various options and pricing, packed up the wine, and took care of the shipping.

I have no idea why y’all don’t have 5 stars on here. My partner and I LOVE the Mailroom. The owner Molly is a fantastic human, and we’ve had a great experience with all of their employees. We ship a lot of packages for our business, and we’re completely traumatized by our local post office. They’re always unnecessarily rude or fake nice. Finding the Mailroom was such a relief!

I had a rather large work of art that needed to go to Sandpoint, Idaho. Another mail service in Newberg was not very helpful at all. After several hours of trying to box it up by myself and becoming very frustrated, I took it into Newberg Mail Room. Everyone there was awesome! Gordon did an above excellent job packaging up the item. Everyone was wonderful! I will definitely use this place for any shipping needs again!

I paid for two-day FedEx shipping to go out on Friday. By Tuesday I hadn’t received a confirmation. Me and the winery called and were eventually told it went out Ground instead and should be delivered Sunday (4 days late). Finally get the package and it is SOMEONE ELSE’s box of 9 bottles of wine. My box of 3 bottles has been sitting in the Mail Room all well. Supposedly mine is now being reshipped 2-day. As for the other box, they’re sending UPS to pick it up tomorrow but can’t give a time range. Overall an annoying situation for what was supposed to be an easy and nice hostess gift

I paid $67.00 for a 2 day delivery and they just sent me a notice saying it will take 4 days to deliver to northern part California from Portland OR.

Copies and prints. Great price for individual copies. I was lamenting that there wasn't a FedEx office close by, and Lewis Audio Video, recommended them. Nice people!

First time using this store. I was incredibly impressed with the genuine friendliness and helpfulness from an employee named Braydon. I had an extremely fragile item and he first bubble wrapped the item. Then found an appropriately sized box and put foam popcorn around every side. Taped it up then put that box into another one and put foam popcorn in that box. Braydon went above and beyond to help me with this shipment.Respectfully,Nathan

I brought two packages in to be mailed for Christmas. One was being sent to NC, one to PA. They were correct when I left the mail room; however, the put the labels on the wrong boxes. Now my family has to go to the shipping place during the busiest time of year and I have to reimburse them while they are sending the packages to the correct place, costing me twice as much money. I emailed the mail room 3 days ago. I received no response. Terrible customer service! I will spend more at a different place to get the job done correctly in the future.
