Solid quality and a great team - Mark, Brenda Ollie and Jill are the real deal. I've got three cars (all over 100k miles) and they do great work at reasonable prices. The team is a great family and I'm glad to be connected.

Would never bring my car here again. Ollie was the mechanic who worked on my car, I thought I was getting a good deal when they agreed to take a used transmission and put it in my car. When I got my car back, the emergency brake light was on constantly, and the AC quit working along with other new electrical issues. I told him about this when he asked if there were any issues over text. Ollie then proceeded to ghost me, not respond to text messages, and not respond to messages I would leave at the shop. Finally after at least 2 weeks he called me back and I told him about the new electrical issues, and he said the brake light was caused by him, but because he didn't go on that side of the car there's no way he had anything to do the other stuff. I disagree, as he didn't even put the panel back on to cover up my fusebox. He said he'd call me back with the time to get it in sometime this week, and 3 weeks later and he didn't call me back. I took it to another shop and found that the fusebox had been damaged, it cost me $800 to replace it to fix all the issues.

I want to start this email off with Precision Automotive has refunded me 100 percent. I am writing thisreview to inform others of the abuse I endured from this company. I was told parts on my car werefaulty when really they were fully functioning. I dropped my car off on Sun Oct 1 because my car wasoverheating. I informed Precision Automotive that my car was leaking from the reservoir area. I toldthem I thought it was the overflow had cracked or it was the thermostat. I also requested they do an oilchange while my car was there. I received a call from there tech, telling me that I needed a new radiatorthere was a massive hole in it. I informed him there was nothing wrong with my radiator. I then receiveda call from Ollie giving me an update on my car. He said that he went out with the technician and theyput water in my radiator and it drained out the side. I reiterated to him that there was nothing wrongwith my radiator when I dropped the car off. I was then informed after they changed the radiator outthey took it on a test drive and the hose blew off the radiator. The next call I received was from one ofthe owners Brenda who informed he that they found that the thermostat needed to also be replaced. Ithen told Brenda what I had told everyone else and she told me I didn't know what I was talking about.There was a hole in the radiator. The call went no where with Brenda and she informed me that herHusband Mark or Ollie would be calling be the next day. I received a call from Mark. I explained to himthat I didn't feel there was anything wrong with the radiator he informed me that I didn't know what Iwas talking about there was a hole. The call escalated very fast, he called me a dumb Bitch and told meto come get my F-ing car off his lot. He said there would be no costs just come get it now. I got there topick up my car and I was informed by Brenda that she would not release my car to me unless I paid them1095.00. I had to agree to get my car then they tell me my car isn't even ready I would have to comeback the next day to get it. The car wasn't done when I was told it would be, I waited an extra hour and15 minutes. Finally, I got the car home. I checked the oil only to discover despite paying for it, the oilchange was never done (the oil was extremely dirty) and there were screws missing from under myhood. I tested the old radiator they said was faulty and it held 19lbs of pressure for 30 minutes, it didn'tdrop a pound of pressure. I called and talked to Jill who was extremely rude and told me they didn'thave my f-ing screw told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I went back to PrecisionAutomotive to see when they were going to do the oil change I was told that it was done when I said itwasn't I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about. I then asked about the screws and I wasinformed that they didn't take my F-ing screw I was then called a Bitch and was screamed at. I was theninformed by Owner Brenda that I needed to learn how to shut my F-ing mouth and learn my place. Ifinally convinced Ollie to come out and look under the hood of my car and he agreed that they removedthe screws and there was never a oil change done.as well as that there was no hole in my radiator.
