This is a video teller and ATM location, not a real branch. It is convenient because it's close to home and and I can do a lot of things here, but not everything. The door unlocks with your debit card and if someone just left it can take a minute to reset. It's one person at a time so you might have to wait a while.

The mobile apps system has been down over a week, spending two hours on the 800 customers service number, I am still on hold, Ridiculous! I’m out. I’m not gonna use this bank ever again!
