It's icy at my shop. I can't get there. Ups only gives 3 notices before sending pkg back. You can't get a live person. You get caught in a loop. The ia wants a tracking number but I have several pkgs coming and can't give them one BUT I have a notice number. The ia does not want that so I stead of routing me to customer service it says "I can't help you" and hangs up. For the amount they charge for shipping you should get a live person. Customer service sucks as there is none.

I took a package that was to be returned to a national cable company and this was how the company wanted it returned, as they are not local. So I take my package in and didn’t give it much thought as it was quick and easy. I then get an email from the cable company stating that they are charging me for my unreturned equipment, I proceeded to look at the tracking number, only to find out that my package sat in the store for 7 days before it left. I call to inquire as to why and how this can happen, the Store Manager simply stated “ we’ve been super busy”, I’m sorry but isn’t mailing packages what you do? I asked to have the owner call me as this is simply an unacceptable answer as packages come and go daily….surprise, surprise Never heard from them. I can understand now, why they have the reviews that they do. Just because you’re the only UPS store in town doesn’t mean that you get to treat people with flagrant disregard.

We have been coming to this store for a while now. Halie and her team have been very friendly. There is rarely a wait and if there is, it is usually short. Customer service is excellent, hassle free and service is efficient. I would encourage anyone to visit their local UPS store.

A man about 80 years old went in with a heavy bulky package about 5ft*4ft. The cashier Rose insisted he leverage it onto a tiny scale up on the desk. Despite there being 6 employees, no one offered any help. Luckily we were there to give a hand. These people are heartless and don't deserve your business

Every time I go in the employees are rude and barely even look at you or speak. They’re all like that. They’re very slow and ignore customers instead of acknowledging us. Don’t ask me to call you because the other reviews are similar. You need to speak with your employees

DO NOT DO YOUR PRINTING HERE. The paper products are so cheap. The staff is unwilling to help when errors in printing are made.Save your time and money. Print at staples. Better service and better products!

Most of the time they only have 1 employee to help customers. This causes very slow transactions. They really should hire more people here and not leave one employee to run the whole store.

This store is consistently rude and poor at customer service. They somehow manage each time to seem to both ignore and exude disdain for customers daring to enter. Additionally they are quite slow. Am sorry each time I try them again instead of making the drive to the next town where they are perfectly professional, competent and efficient.
