I give this 2 stars because I think the US Bank app and online banking is great. However, the branch in Newberg has employees that are not trained enough to handle business. It took two meetings and over 3 hours to just set up a business money market account, even though I already have business accounts with them. They could not answer many of my questions. "I think so" answers did not give me any confidence in this branch.

if I could give zero stars I would. had an account for 3 days and am closing it. I was told my money would be ready next day since it was a check from another bank now I've been told its going to be 45 days and then was told it would be ready for use 3/9/23 and it wasn't. the temporary card won't activate and was told I had to wait until the regular card to use. I have never had such terrible experience with a bank. id rather pay a fee to cash my checks then use this "bank" again. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat you especially when the checks are from another bank. save yourself time and energy and DO NOT USE US BANK!

Worse customer service ever! Teller Claudia accused me of money laundering and being “up to something” when trying to deposit my rent money. I understand there are rules but for someone in customer service to say that to me and treat me like a criminal is unbelievable and not how customer service should be! Very disappointed in US Bank with their very unprofessional and unethical customer service! Claudia should not be working with the public! Disgusted!!!

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. No one can help you and they won't even try. The tellers and local management don't knowl how to do their jobs and they are allergic to learning. Most rude tellers I have ever encountered. They can't help you, they don't know how, they don't want to. If I could give negative stars I would. Bank borders on fraud.

Person working at the drive thru at 11:50 am on 4/8/2021 she doesn’t even say hi, thank you or goodbye. Seems annoyed to even have to deal with me. I’ve been thru this multiple times per week and this person doesn’t greet or even say anything to you. Can’t you guys hire friendly people ? Seems like she doesn’t even want to be there.

This branch is so incredibly incompetent and RUDE!! I’ve been a member of US bank for over 20 years and I’m horrified by the tellers and lack of management. Lauren and Andrew Are particularly disrespectful. Ryan, the manager, seems scared of his own staff and unable to take an authoritarian role. It’s clear they do and act however they want without any fear of repercussions. Lauren is the main teller and is very condescending and argumentative. She seems combative and annoyed by simply doing her job. She gives lots of I was in sighs and eye rolls, snarky comments under her breath, and has a general chip on her shoulder. They make you feel like you are doing something wrong by accessing your account no matter how many times you’ve been there. I’ve been so appalled by this ongoing behavior that I pulled my money and chose to bank somewhere else entirely! There’s no accountability and The manager clearly doesn’t care.

Cant seem to get through the drive thru in a reasonable amount of time. I frequently wait upwards to 20-30 minutes. And that’s with both teller lanes open! I have currently been sitting here without moving for over 15 minutes!

Terrible customer service. The main teller, Lauren, is incredibly rude to customers. The manager seems indifferent to his staffs behavior. The lines are way too long always and you will have at least a 40 minute wait. In general just poorly ran and no one checking the employees behavior.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Seems to only be 1 teller working the drive up lanes. My average time spent waiting is 20 minutes each time for my weekly drops. Please get more people working so we can get through the lines quicker. Lobby still closed as well.
