Understaffed and unreliable. I’m moving on to a different pharmacy. I can’t afford to wait hours, or in this case -weeks- to get my medication.

I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up my medication. When I got to the window they told me my prescription wasn't ready even though I had selected a time slot. Why even have an app that gives you the option to select a pick up time if we're just going to be told to come back later? What's the point?

Called them and it put me through to the wrong department and when they transferred me it hung up on me.
