This company sucks they lie and steal and prey on poor people I can’t speak for this branch but never bank with Wells Fargo during the middle of a dispute they’ll charge you outrageous fees in the middle of a pandemic too. 0/5 stars

Really frustrating that I work right across the street & have to make an appt to make a deposit & sometimes it can be several hrs to get in! I understand limiting contact bc of covid but it's really inconvenient for me to not be able to handle my business immediately &to have to plan my day around a trip to the bank just bc I am.not driving at the moment. I even offered to walk through the drive thru teller in order to not have to wait & was told I can't do that either. I mean, they're not checking temperatures or recording who comes and goes, etc. just making it more challenging for you to handle your business.

Judy (branch manager) went above and beyond to help me resolve a tricky issue. Countless calls back and forth to different departments and at the end of the day she resolved it all while working around my schedule and with a smile on her face. The world needs more people like her!

The worst customer service ever . I was on hold for 55 minutes for the guy to hang up on me the first 2 minutes. I called several times and have been trying to do my banking for 2 weeks with no sucess. Im done with them .

I was given poor service by the "manager" of this branch as labeled by the two front desk women I encountered on two separate occasions. She was incapable of giving me the correct instructions after a complicated transaction, which led to not one, but two denials of cashing a check I needed to buy a car after an accident. I would not be so inclined to review if this woman would have approached this situation with care and understanding, but instead a complete lack of. I am disappointed, yet still have to bank here. Can't wait until I try next time.

Great bank super friendly staff, can get a bit busy but the inside of the bank is really nice so the wait isn't bad at all.

My family and I recently needed a document notarized, we have been customers of this bank branch for over 13 years, the more reason to be upset at this situation. My sister and her father we "helped" by Isabel Segura who claimed to not be able to notarize a DS 3053 because of the form of ID they presented. They were told that she wasn't going to do it - luckily we found another notary to help us out, confirming that the CID is in fact a valid form of ID. Upsetting interaction.
