Horribly high prices !! Horrible staff!! Rude store manager!! Absolute waste of money not worth anything hard to navigate old building poor lighting and extremely uncomfortable shopping experience!!! They make you feel like a nuisance and do not offer any assistance in finding what you want! Never ever waste your money at this crappy dumpy store !

Picture it: it was the winter of 2021, we were snowed in for two days and in dire need of snacks and human interaction. We trekked our way through the icy streets of Newberg not even knowing if Naps was staffed due to the weather. Luckily, we were met with smiling faces, a fully stocked store, and all the winter essentials we were in need of! But in all seriousness, I've lived in Newberg for 3 years now, it's been a staple in my family the whole time. Great staff and an awesome selection of local and brand name products. I'm so grateful to have this amazing store so close by, a special thank you to everyone who made it in on 12/27/21, y'all saved my biscuits!

Super excited we came in here, much easier to get to from home and not a chain. We were super impressed with their handing out thanksgiving meals to locals they knew who didn't have anyone. Don't know the details or requirements but it was amazing to see. We will definitely start coming here before larger chain stores when we need grocery items. Support small and local. It took my husband no time to run in and grab Ice cream. It would have taken forever elsewhere.

The floral department's employee Sharon is the best! I have an elderly cousin living in Dundee and Sharon helps me with sending food and floral arrangements out to her. She is a real asset to your company. She always goes above and beyond. Best $10.00 delivery fee I could spend. Carolyn Hillsboro, Oregon

I would not recommend this store.It's very trashy and dirty inside and out.High crime area. Bad customer service. They will be out of business soon. Nobody shops here.

I live walking distance away and spend money here on most days. I have a good repour with most employees and they usually recognize my boyfriend and I. They're all cool people and very friendly. But beware of the manager. I have had several bad experiences with him. The first time I met him was because I found a box of donuts from the bakery that someone had left on the shelf so I handed them to him because I thought I was helping. He then questioned his staff very conspicuously if they had seen me in the bakery... They didn't. Then he offered me a job because he thought I was a teen? I kindly declined because I had one but told him my boyfriend needed one. His aditude switched up and it ended there with a "tell him to apply" Another night, we were feeling snackish so we walked to Naps to make some impulse buys as we often did. It was the middle of the night so I thought it would be a good training moment to tie my dog outside since there were nearly no customers around. I had done this plenty of times before with no complaints. She was still a pup and barked sometimes which we were working on. I tried to make it fast and had a good amount of snacks after 15 minutes. I said to my bf "maybe we should have some wine tonight" so we decided to have a quick look at the selection.I was looking at a bottle for 5 seconds when the manager yelled at us because our dog had barked. My bf got defensive since he could see how flabbergasted I was for being talked to so disrespectfully. The Manager then implied we were thieves and didn't believe we had intention of buying wine or thought we weren't old enough to? The manager got right in his face standing 1 inch away from him. They looked like they were about to fight. I was mortified. I had no idea he felt this way about us before since we spend a lot of money there and consequently a good amount of time as well. I'm not sure what I said but I choked on my words and walked out crying as I left the products that were in my hands by a cash register where an employee stood. My boyfriend had to come outside and talk me down. He went in alone to buy the stuff and I had a hard time coming back after that. One of my favorite employees was there that night and Im sure she thinks I'm a thief now.Because I'm Latina, if I'm dressed a certain way I try to make it very obvious that I'm not stealing and I've never stolen before. I notice how people look at me in a store and this is my worst fear in reality. I also come at night because every person that walks past my dog tries to pet her or feed her which leads to bad behavior. Because she's a pit bull he took one look at her and told us to leave because she would "scare away his customers" ... at 3am.I feel conflicted about giving them anymore business after that. The only time I would go for a long time was when I absolutely had to but it's been over a year and he leaves me alone for now. Obviously I'm still salty about it all. I just feel the whole situation could have been avoided if he was respectful like all of his employees have been. I don't bring my dog there anymore when I can help it even though she gets complimented all the time on how well trained she is and I walk every where else unleashed without problems.

Sadly back to one star tons of expired products and terrible service and way overpriced! This is unacceptable and awful! I also noticed most beer was expired.

I love the donuts from here, order them fresh though. Their donut case is plagued with flies. I walked in one morning like 9am craving a maple bar, there was minimum like 4-5 in there. I asked the baker if they can make me some fresh ones. She said "why", I said "because your donut case is infested with flies". She said "too bad, that's a never ending battle". So I took that as I can either have the ones in the case or none. I walked out. That was horrible service. And a major health code violation.

Nice somewhat small store. I am older and it reminds me of grocery stores when I was young. Not a "super store" just a nice place to shop.
