He promised my daughter and I for a week, that he would get us in for pedicures before she left from Brazil for an entire year, and every day we tried he kept telling us he was busy and would get all irritated. Very unprofessional and rude.

I stopped by yesterday and was told come back today at 10:30. Upon arriving a lady was being told come back later even though she called earlier in the week. After I was told to come back later as well. This is the second time this happened to me. I will not go back. Poor customer service. I wouldn't even give a star but had to post the review.

I scheduled a nail appointment for a Saturday and when I arrived, the shop was closed. No call, no notification, nothing. I would not recommend this place based off of that and I will not return.

We stopped by this place because we were doing laundry across the street, (the bathroom was out of order at the laundromat) and I begged them to let my five year old use the bathroom but since she’s not a paying customer, we were told no.
(The dryer doesn’t lock, and we can’t afford for our clothes to be stolen)
I would not spend money at a place who won’t help a young child out.

I called this place. Asking about manicure French tip and I wanted rhinestones added too them. And the person I talked too made me feel vary uneasy and said it would be really Expensive. Made me feel like I couldn’t afford them. So I decided too call a different place.

called at 9 am and spoke to a male. made an appointment for 230 that same day. i provided my name and was told the address price for pedicure and adviced it was cash only. showed up at 230 and he told me I did not have an appointment. super customer service.

We have been a few times and the last couple was met with rudeness.
Last time we went he told us to come back in 30 mins so we did. We then sat for another 30 mins to then be told he didn't tell us to wait and then rudely say to come back yet again. We left and didn't go back. If he had acknowledged that we were waiting for him to get done we would have stayed. I wasn't stoked about the quality but given Newport is short of nail salons I overlooked it. They have either popped off or wasn't done all the way to the nail growth and done with gaps at the side. Quality low.

I really do like John.
He has always been very accommodating and a
friendly. I always leave there with a smile on my face. I wouldn't go anywhere else!?
