We've used Auto Doctors for several years, starting with our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country! The AC went belly up, after a quick diagnosis, they informed us what the problem was with pricing! They completed the repair on time and no extra charge. Next, we had the struts and shock absorbers replaced on time, no extra charge. They thought they were going to have to replace the wiper motor and was able to reset to the factory settings! Today they replaced the thermostat in an hours time. We highly recommend Auto Doctors, thank you Jade and Ty!!!Oh by the way, it's worth the drive from Lincoln City to Newport!

They replaced my starter. It was there for them in the morning & I had it back before noon. I had contact with Jade. Very nice lady & very professional. I plan on taking my PT & my son is going to take his Accord. I highly recommend them. They were fast to get me back on the road. Thank you so much Jade. ?

If you are thinking of using this business run as fast as you can away they stole our transmissiom and replaced it w a junk yard special they stole our overload springs an replaced them w a set of lesser load strength they didn't hook up our vacuum lines correctly or put our thermostat in they stole our new thermostat an our radiator cap they were suppose to replace our head gasket they also said our heads were cracked not sure now if they were they didn't hook up gas lines right an when confronted w all they did all I got was "I'm sorry" needless to say very unhappy w this place they also used parts we supplied an charged us for them and bolts they never used an we paid them over 2.000 dollars for them to rip is off very very bad please don't get ripped off like we did

I would never bring a vehicle to the shop. The lady in the office is so rude and very unhelpful. If the front office is like this what kind of work will the shop do. I agree with all the other reviews..... Don't go here!

After arriving at the RV park for Spring Break with the grandsons we dropped and setup our Trailer. Then loaded up and started in toward town, heard a bang under the car and then all hell broke loose. ABS light came on and Traction Control lights started blinking and the SUV did not want to go. Limped into Auto Doctors thinking the worse and that the cost was going to be crazy high but we somehow needed it to be fixed. They were unbelievable... hooked up the computer and drove it and told us that we had broken a wheel sensor. Said they would have the part in the next day and it would fix our problem. Oh ya the cost....just under $150.00. ...and they did not waiver on that price when we picked up our SUV the next day. Down less then 24 hours...So you all can say whatever you want about the Auto Doctor Crew but for me they are my HEROES.

I think this woman may be practicing reverse racism. I cannot figure any other reason for her rudeness. None the less I scheduled the appointment thinking she might have been having a bad day, but no. She is just rude. I had the guys in the shop fix my drivers side window so it would go up and down again but when I got it back and put it down it keeps rolling itself down when I hit the button that takes it back up. I call. She says there's a click to pay attention to and condescendingly tells me I should be able to figure it out when I ask to stop by for a quick lessen. She huffs and says they're too busy and gives me that you can figure it out line. I spent $225 for a window that rolls itself back down and won't stay up. Mind you it rains here, a lot. I ask for the courtesy again and she says bring it by next week. Are you kidding? A simple lessen that would take less than one minute to show me and this is her reply. I feel for her. She seems angry and bitter. I won't go back.
