“It’s hard to imagine that a bank still has a live person answer the phones that are actually at that branch you called……but ladies and gentlemen it DOES still exist and I found it here at this bank! I not only had my call answered but got a same day appointment to open a checking account by the same person who answered and I know this may also be shocking but that same person was on time for my appointment, very professional, kind, respectful and took time to explain when I had questions. My overall experience could not have been better! Banks in this area are under staffed and busy but the two people at this bank that day handled it well, smoothly and kept all the customers I saw come in moving and taken care of.”
