“UPDATE: Tara took the time to call and explain some of what happened and has done what she could to make it right. For that reason, I’m increasing my rating. I appreciate her taking the time. I’ve also learned that they’re called candy cane carnations, not candy striper so that’s good to know!

My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday and had them sent to a restaurant. He wanted a dozen candy striper carnations (like the white ones with red tips), but the person on the phone didn’t even understand what he meant even though they feature them on their website. They said they would “try” to get the ones he wanted. In the end I got some VERY dehydrated flowers….they soaked up most of the water in the vase in 12 hours and I had to refill and not the ones he ordered. He paid $95 and I got basically a $10 grocery store bouquet in a dollar tree vase. The only reason this review isn’t lower is that they delivered after hours to a restaurant (for a fee of course). We will not be using them again.”
