With some friends we discovered this little gallery with a great selection of art and gift items. Very friendly service.

I saw their pieces online and knew we had to stop. The artists are more varied in style than what many coastal galleries carry. We came home with one piece I adore.

I love local art and community cooperatives when I can find them when I'm travelling. I found the For Artsake Gallery during a Nye Beach visit a few years ago and was happy to return last week. I This artist-owned Gallery is relatively small, but with a well curated and displayed multi-media selection of their member's works. And the person behind the counter might be one of them. I came away with a nice metal piece by Katy LaReau and a neat upcoming order with Alita Pearl. Why go to the local souvenir shop, when you can own local treasures like this?

This is my favorite gallery down the coast. It is one of my favorite galleries, period. I found a gorgeous vase by Alice Martin that sits on a counter and cheers me every time I pass.

So as you walk the short section of Newport's beach walk area of shops and restaurants you may stumble upon this sweet little gem of an art gallery. It is a collective of local artist which shows real class. All the art is worthy of shows in much larger cities across the counrty. I am amazed! The very friendly and helpful folks who run the gallery are actually the artist themselves, what better way to get to know more about their masterpieces than to chat with them right there and not wait to some distant openning night of their featured work. The prices are quite well set. Go Enjoy!

Went in to see the items from the Mini contest. Was too late as what I was hoping to get the one with the heron. I did buy a couple of cards though. Owner waited on me and we had a nice conversation. Items inside were wonderful and could get carried away real easy.

You got to make a stop in for Artsake. This galley is charming, exquisite and welcoming. All pieces are wonderfully displayed with artistic creativity. I selected a painting and a wall sculpture. I was especially impressed by Anna Chavez who waited on me. Her jewelry is beautiful and one of a kind. The intricate beading is delicately framed with exceptional craftwomenship and style. Her earrings and matching necklaces will make you feel like a princess! I also bought two bracelets which she expertly sized for me. I am thrilled with all my purchases!

Great Gallery! Artsake is a must when visiting the Oregon Coast! Lots of talented artists producing amazing art. My favorite artist is Jennifer Manilla, she makes amazing totems.
