One of the best pharmacies in the the kroger corporate sphere, come up here from outta state a few weeks of the year never had better service anywhere in the country!

Jeanna Bixler in gardening was an excellent help. Not only does Jeanna know gardening but extension cords too.our class-c rv died unexpectedly and she located 2 300+ ft. cords to assist us. We had the slide-out in & started within 5 minutes. WoW. Incredible speed. Thoroughly polite & kind too. Fred Meyer must be proud of such a valuable employee. But Jeanna is a truly good person. Thanks again from the newlyweds.

Pharmacy technician Esther has ZERO customer service skills. She is a very rude woman that lacks communication skills. Great job on that one.

A pretty hit or miss experience based on who is working the counter. I will say, I had one pharmacist ask me some really well informed questions and essentially, give me a better opinion than my doctor did. This interaction alone was great and I deeply appreciate her being alert and concerned.

They tried to fill my subscription with a substitute because they were out of what the doctor prescribed. The problem is, although the substitute was similar, it was NOT equivalent or an appropriate substitute. The person at the counter was arguing that it was acceptable and fine, I asked for the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist agreed that I was correct, the drug I had been given was not an acceptable substitute, it was different. Thank God I was paying attention and knew what I was supposed to get. Pay attention to what the doctor prescribes and compare it to what the pharmacy gives you. The wrong drug could be deadly, especially when taken in combination with other drugs. Very, very scary, extremely dangerous, and absolutely unacceptable!!! And oddly, just 30 minutes after I left, I got a call that my prescription was ready. So perhaps they had not been out of the correct drug in the first place? Perhaps the person knew a mistake had been made and telling me the item was out of stock was a poor choice in trying to cover up that mistake?

Check your receipt! I just bought a single loaf of bread, which was already more expensive than I wanted to pay ($7.99), but it rang up as $9.99. I told the attendant I changed my mind; I don't want to pay $10 for a loaf of bread. He gave me a $2 digital coupon discount, but I don't think he actually made a note to check or update the price in the computer. I did go back to the shelf and make sure that the price tag indeed was for the loaf I bought, and it was. So, be careful out there, mistakes happen. But kudos for believing the customer and giving an instant "coupon".

Do not use the Kroger/Fred Myer pharmacy website or mobile application. They ask an insane amount of personal information that has nothing to do with checking if your prescription is ready for pickup.Deleting your account is tremendous difficult and the service staff are out sourced from India. They will take your personal data and sell it. I'm sure.

These people don't know if they are coming or going, I have used them for several years and the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse, I used to love this pharmacy but having to wait 3 days for a prescription after it's called in is pretty ridiculous. I'm definitely thinking about taking my whole family elsewhere.

Not the best. Had the pharmacistist yell at me when I said "you are not turning this back on me" (after 4 hours of my time and energy calling 7 agencies, my doctor's office twice, OHP client services, IHN and my previous FM pharmacy twice...), The pharmacy tech screamed rudely, "no your not turning it back on me!" And hung up. Never had so many headaches trying to pick up a script. But wait! There's more. Every week for the next 3 weeks I had the same frustrating issue. Multiple calls, agencies, clinics, pharmacies resulting in over 30 hours of my time and energy wasted. Do a favor to yer brain... get yer script anywhere else and save yerself the pain

Brenda is absolutely awesome. Service is always prompt, I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes. These guys are squared away.

You can usually find everything you'd hope to, not much floor staff to answer questions. Produce is nice and fresh with great clearance sales. Self checkout is great cuz normal lines are long. Starbucks inside does a pretty good job.

I like Fred Meyer in general but this store is not doing enough to get people to follow the state mask mandate. I tried to speak with an asst. Manager about it today, but he just walked away before the conversation was finished. Tons of unmasked and half masked people. The manager told me that they remind people when they see them, but this simply isn't true as I saw many in the store, and saw no one reminded. It's my impression that they do just enough to satisfy osha and not a bit more. Lousy shopping experience.
