“Brian helped our family make arrangements when my dad recently passed. Dad wanted to be interred in Washington state and cremation was not an option for him. Brian made the arrangements easy for us, including interstate transportation and coordinating with the Washington cemetery for us. He let us take our time. He patiently, carefully, and clearly, explained options and allowed us our grief. He also introduced lighthearted moments, which were so helpful and greatly appreciated. The cost was, thankfully, reasonable. The experience was much appreciated.”
