Our local chamber is fantastic! They work hard to share with visitors the very best of Newport and they really do pour back into the local businesses here. They're creative and fun, hardworking, and out to serve this community. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful chamber right here in Newport!

Boasting over 600 member businesses and individuals, the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce consistently has several active volunteer committees working to enhance the community and our business climate. Our mission is "to unite the efforts of the citizens in promoting civic, commercial, agricultural, tourist, marine and industrial welfare of the City of Newport and its surrounding economic area." In short, the Chamber strives to create an environment in which its members can succeed. In so doing, we also build a stronger and healthier community.
