Always good and helpful. Hit a pothole and it damaged my tire. They had one that was same brand with the same wear and fixed me up for only $25. Saved me from having to buy a minimum of 2 tires. Love these guys.

Not so happy with them. I called after work because I had a flat tire. I was told tht they would get to me as soon as they could. At 6 I called and of course they were closed. At 7 I finally called Rowley's Towing who arrived within 5 minutes. I called the service desk next morning and they said that they were unaware of any service calls last night. There was no apology in fact he sounded like he didn't even care. I have never received this kind of service at any other Les Schwab. I am very disappointed. They have quality tires but less then quality service.

I've had two great experiences at Les Schwab in Newport recently. The first was an alignment done by Michael in June, and today, Denver inspected and found the source of rubbing/scraping sound that has been annoying me for weeks, and he resolved it for me. Excellent customer service! Thanks, guys!

Made an appointment at 10am for new tires. Turns out they don’t even have the tires I selected in stock, or any tires that would fit. Why would I be able to select tires that are out of stock and make an appointment? Make it make sense

Was traveling threw with my family and got a flat tire on my excursion. Had them fix my tire and waited for about an hour when they were done the pulled my excursion out front and left it running telling me was do e and no charge. After loading my family and headed to that gas station my wife notice the tire they fix has deep gouged on my wheel from the machine 4 dig deep groved in the face of my wheels they did not used the plastic cover to keep from damaging the wheels.

We recently visited Newport, Oregon on vacation. We drove from Kansas City, Missouri and concluded our trip on the coast. Prior to setting out to drive home we went to get an oil change and discovered we had a problem with our valve stem. It was 5:40 pm and they referred us to Les Schwab Tire. When we arrived it was almost 6:00 pm which they close at 6. We were greeted by Denver who took our car and within 10 minutes replaced the stem and had us ready to make our trek back the following morning. He was awesome! I cannot convey enough how wonderful he was and he possesses customer service skills that are often lacking today. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Denver for taking care of us. Much appreciated!

Took my truck in while traveling because I could hear grinding while braking and was concerned. They said they would give me an evaluation. Later they said they couldn't do anything because in order to look at them they would have to remove the axles but when I went in to pick up the truck the kid that did the evaluation said he looked through the inspection window (there isn't one other than the slot for the slack adjuster) and the brakes looked fine but i had low pedal pressure and they recommended a fluid flush. I asked for the manager at that point but he could care less about my concern about the grinding I hear. Asked me if I was willing to pay for the repairs no matter what the cost like I was some homeless guy who had no money to pay. I scheduled an appointment, left and the next day the brake came completely apart.
What happened to taking care of your customers? Not this Les Schwab. And the manager is a douche bag.

Great service and great team. I ran over a screw and had a slow leak, they fixed the tire and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Kudos as always! Glad they were open.

Terrible customer service. None of the people know what they are doing. The manager Ken Brown was super rude. Don't go here!!! Other tire stores in town are a lot more helpful. If I could leave no stars I would??

Receptionist at Newport location asks me to wear a mask.. I say no. She has a hissy fit. Sits back down at desk, takes her mask off for 10 minutes then try’s again to kick me out for making a phone call laughing about it to a friend.. manager comes over puts his finger in my face while I’m sitting down beneath him.. wow thks dude. Real classy. Thank for the tires! hypocrisy at its finest once again.
