“Central OR coast winter storm, many without power. Our Spectrum internet was down & I rebooted it several times. Called for a rough estimate for restoration of service in our area. Spectrum service said we should not be down, they reset on their end and Restored Service. Solid Customer Service: checked to see if we were impacted, reset on their end & clear communication. “Out of all my years of traveling across these beautiful states with various different phone services when I hit the Oregon coast 15 years ago I came to Verizon in Newport and became their biggest fan. All the gentleman that work there are so knowledgeable and friendly and even when I had major issues coming in day after day for a month trying to fix the problem they never not once got short with me or made me feel anything less then yes we will be able to help with smiles and all.
