“This is probably the best Verizon Store anywhere. Mr. Brian Fine is the manager and is a consummate professional. I had an old dinosaur of a Moto. I bought a new I Phone and Brian calmly and professionally walked me through the learning process, which was't easy as I have no technological smarts. He is patient, kind and non judgemental. I am sure he is like this with every client. But, he sets the standard. Also, when he tried to switch my Netflix and Disney over to Verizon for the mega discounts, we ran into an error with my email. It was my fault, my bad. But, Brian, on his own time calmly and methodically fixed the error. Fixing it wasn't easy. But he did it. I am very grateful that my Verizon store has this very special individual as manager. He sets the standard for professionallism, perfection and the human touch. This is very rare these days and because of this one individual, I will be a very loyal client and send my friends. Thank you.”
