“I enjoyed browsing the games they had there, found a few PS4 games and the guy who was working was very friendly and knowledgeable about what is going on in the video game world.
Most importantly, some guy came in with an issue with his animal crossing game and they treated him well as well as solved his problem, I work in a customer facing role so I value how a problem is solved as well as the attitude projected by the person solving the problem.
If I ever go back to Florence I would visit this shop again, it's a small but mighty shop!”

“Newport Pawn Shop had a bike out front and I stopped in to look at it. I had never been there before. I was so impressed with the owner, Jacob, and his full staff. Wow, do they have great customer service. I did get the bike and he gave me a great deal! I’ll be back. What a comfortable place to shop and learn more about the items found in their store.
