I could not be happier with my purchase and the service at Power Ford. I worked with Matthew D and he was great. He answered my questions whether I contacted him via phone, email, or in person. Great local service, which is how I try to shop...Locally! I will continue to buy from Mathew at Power Ford.

I went to Power to buy a Ford Ranger. I was told the price was 37,000.00. Ok I qualified. I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited for a trade. I had over $7000.00 in equity. This finance manager was a supposed friend of my GF. So I didn't really go over the finance with him. My bad! My fault! However he raped me I financed over 37k on this truck. They stole my almost 8k equity in fees. They also promise a 100.00 finders fee. GF never received it she called several times. Power never gave her the 100 bucks. Do not buy anything from Power in Newport Oregon They are scammers!! I'd give them a ZERO if I could. So no I've ranted I still can not say one good thing about Power car group. Power SUCKS! HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Gabriel was awesome! I had my handicapped dad with me who got tired and he offered to take him home while I finished the paperwork. Great team out there, I would highly recommend Gab!

Food was tasty. Server was nice. Being a non-smoker, the ashtrays could have been cleaned out. It is bar, but a little smoky even outside.

I contacted Aaron after coming to an agreement to the price of the car online as we live far away. I then texted and confirmed the car was still available and let him know we were coming to the coast the next day. After our 1.5 hour drive we arrived at the destination only to find no Aaron and no car. They said Aaron could be there in 20 minutes and they would try and get the car there. They then proceeded to lie to multiple times about knowing where the car was and when it would be there. After 20 minutes Aaron finally showed up and said they had no clue where the car was but come take a look at this car that's 5 years older! We decided at that point to leave and they could contact us if they find the car. They text us on our way up the coast and let us know it's at their Lincoln city Lot- we were almost there so we decided to stop by. That salesman not only didn't honor the price agreement I had with Aaron- he didn't negotiate at all. It was an extremely wasteful trip except for the windsocks we got.

I had to call multiple times before this shop even returned my call for a service appointment. When I explained what I needed, it seemed like the person on the phone didn't understand. When I dropped off the vehicle, I explained it all again, asking for estimates on a few different things so I could make decisions about how to proceed. I asked about (1) "the works" oil change, air filter, and tire rotation, (2) scheduled 90-100k maintenance and (3) a few other relatively minor issues. I also explained that I was concerned about the poor communication up to that point and made it clear that I expected better communication going forward. They apologized and said it wouldn't happen again, they'd call soon with estimates.After a few days went by with no contact from the shop, I called to ask what was happening. They said, "it's done and we're sorry we didn't call you to tell you!" I asked, "what's done?" They claimed to have changed the oil and rotated the tires. I gave up on the other work, paid for the oil change and tire rotation, and took the vehicle back. One of my tires is different and it is in the same position, so they lied about rotating the tires. I don't know if they changed the oil or not. I will never go back.

This dealership pulled a fast one on Marty Kauffman. Quoted one price and then raised the price when the truck came in. Good vibes only....not at Power Ford!
