I usually can troubleshoot most of my computer issues, but the problem I was having had me stumped. I was able to take my laptop in right away and they checked it out the same day and told me what the issues/problems were. My laptop had hardware and software issues. They gave me several choices to fix the issues, and I chose to replace my 7 yr old laptop with an newlaptop they had in stock. They were able to move all my files over to my new laptop and I had my new laptop up and running the next day.
I appreciate how through they were about explaining the issue with my old laptop and with the solutions they provided me. I would have no hesitation using them again and have recommended them to a friend.

Absolutely the best service ever. Having lived here five years, it is so difficult just to find anyone to help me with anything let alone computer help which I thought I would never find. I was so grateful when Bobby showed up. He saved the day fixing my printer and my computer and updating me into a better position. I'm so grateful someone like this is around to help people because some people are just too Important to bother. Just knowing that there's someone that I can call when I need help is amazing. I am so grateful and I will be a customer for life. He also sells computers and printers, which is the next step if mine go bad. Thank you so much for everything you did for me!!!

Bobbie, the tech guy there, is incredible. I brought in a cooler and GPU that should not have fit in the same case, and he did some Tetris stuff to get them in with only a millimeter of clearance. As he's happy to remind you, his is the oldest and most reliable PC shop in the area. Don't let 'oldest' fool you though... he's fully up to date on the most modern computer tech (this is coming from a millennial gamer with high performance standards.)He built my machine in only 4 days (two of them were weekend days though) and charged me what amounts to a service fee for what was a fairly complex job.

I brought my laptop in to Bobby with broken hinges, he fixed it up quickly and at a surprisingly fair price considering parts had to be ordered! I would definitely return to Quick Computer Services for future tech issues.

Did not complete the on-site setup of the server for remote access & another company was hired to do the same job requested. When my boss and I called to discuss the bill, his behavior was appalling. Will not be going back!!

Bobby is awesome. My PC lost its mind and its cloud backup and I thought the worst. Celeste reassured me that it would be OK. And Bobby got right on it so I had it back later the same day. That is first class customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The cost of repair was very reasonable.

in a word, the owner of Quick Computer Services is exceptional. the owner is pleasant, patient, trained, and knowledgeable. he explained issues to me in a way I could understand and waited patiently (there's that word again!) while I wrote down instructions. you'll be safe trusting your computer -- and peripheral devices -- to Quick Computer Services.
