Fantastic experience. Hayley was very helpful. Units are clean. Property seems very secure. Locks and keys are provided by them. Easy to access. Will use them again when needed. Strongly recommend

Even though we weren’t able to find availability the manager was perfect and answered all my questions and even talked about other options around town. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

My wife and i were in need of a storage unit and no one else has any available. This was honesty the last place i wanted to rent from since my parents had over $10,000 worth of tools stolen from safe-lock storage in South beach Oregon. But we were out of choices and the day we called happened to be the day the owners were running the office. They were very nice ladies. Because of them being so nice i am okay with giving 1 star instead of zero if that was an option.
So we knew because it says that we couldn't get through the gates after 9pm. Our first load we get there in plenty of time before 9pm. And there were others there also. We weren't the last to leave but we left at like 10pm. Next load we get there and again others were there. And at 915 pm a police officer comes up and Said it's past 9pm. I said yes it is what can i help you with. He never asked if i had a storage unit there or even my name to verify i do but he said you aren't supposed to be here past 9pm. I told him that is news to us. Many people stay past 9. He said finish up unloading and we need to go. So he waited and then escorted us out. There manager Hayley called the police instead of letting me know and others that we can't be here past 9pm. It seems unprofessional and very lazy especially since she lives there and in fact it is part of her job description to monitor and talk to tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We got out quick thankfully and we were glad nothing was stolen. And they oddly wanted a key to our unit. Please save yourself the headache and find another storage facility to use because this place isn't worth it. Hopefully this helps out others.
As you can see their response still just says access is 6pm to 9pm. But if you already have accessed it before 9pm and are still there then what. They didn't call the police for other people that were there. Nothing in the policy. And they call the cops instead of letting us know they need to be now specific in the agreement that says they will call the cops on you if you are here after 9pm. Lazy to say the least. And security is their top priority lol. That is why they had break-ins. I wish i could give 0 stars

A relative who lived in the area passed away earlier this year, and we learned that she maintained a storage unit at Safe Lock. The staff at Safe Lock were extremely helpful in working with my wife and I to take care of everything, and assisted in helping us work through options to dispose of the contents. They seem very professionally run, and our experience was very positive.

Called all over town and had a hard time finding any open units. David was great and found 1 open unit for me. When I went in, I was so glad it was at this storage place. It was clean, secure and mgmt ( David was very helpful) Definitely recommend.
