I highly recommend Nikki as an excellent stylist. She always asks about how my last cut worked for me, and she provides ideas for insuring that my hair is healthy and easy to manage. I also enjoy seeing Abbie when checking in and making future appointments ~ she is very accommodating on the phone as well as at checkout. In addition, I am impressed with the salon owner’s efforts to ensure that her staff is given opportunities for continuing education as well as her willingness to take customer policy suggestions. Salon Ethos is an outstanding business!

AMAZING!! the haircuts include a wash and a blow out which is just beyond
and on top of that I got a personal little lesson on how to style my hair at home, great service and a free mimosa! found my new salon, I will be returning!

Yeah I called today to set up an appointment for my daughter it's her birthday tomorrow and when I called they did not tell me that it was going to be over 90 to $100 for my daughter's appointment and I don't have that much so once again I daughter's birthday is ruined

The greeting staff is pleasant enough, and I really liked my stylist so much. Checkout is interesting as they're all scrambling to calculate what the final bill is from a phone calculator (so unprofessional). I wanted to purchase lipgloss product that was displayed at the counter, and no one could figure out what the price was, so I cancelled the purchase. I cannot support the À la carte prices with hourly rates whilst I sit in a chair for mediocre results that take 4-5 hours for above shoulder-length hair (over $225+). I take time off in my busy day to get service and expect no more than 2-1/2 hrs to get through my appointment but clearly that cannot be achieved here. In addition, a facial wax was done at the hair washing bowl so the result was terrible. The designated spaces of service need to be re-configured. They have the space. Tried this place twice and I will not try again.

My appointment was at 8:30 this morning. I was greeted promptly with a smile from the receptionist and Nikki a new hairstylist for me. Let me just tell you, Nikki was amazing! She listened to my needs and concerns with attentiveness! I am a silver head lady and left the salon with my hair feeling the best it ever has and looking forward to working with Nikki in the future to getting my style to where I want it.

I love this place. There are so many good things to say. Besides the obvious amazing haircut, style and/or color you can get, is when they wash your hair. It's worth going there just for that. The comfortable chair, and headrest are just the beginning to getting your hair washed. And they didn't just wash your hair, they massage your head! I swear every time it's done, I get lightheaded in the best possibly way. I've had my hair done there by many of the stylists, and I've always been happy.

Ugh awful. After trying to find a place to cut my hair I made an appointment with Ethos and resigned to spend $$$. I explained very well in detail and pictures what I wanted and what I don’t like and the hairdresser butchered my hair and did exactly what I hate straight short bangs with corners For what I paid a bloody disgrace. Soooooo disappointed
