About Schooner Landing
Schooner Landing offers nice apartments in an awesome location close to the beach and a good walk to the lighthouse. The property features big, clean rooms with comfy furniture, though they are described as older, tired, very outdated, and in need of an upgrade or remodeling. Guests enjoyed the pretty outdoor areas, felt safe, and loved hearing the waves. However, several issues were noted. The pool is closed. Some rooms had problems like a leaking air mattress, slow-refilling and loud toilets, dusty glasses, and old pots and pans. Showers had little hot water and some needed new caulk, while a jetted tub did not fill sufficiently. The resort is dated, not on the higher end, and is a timeshare property, which may slow improvements. Despite some bugs at the nearby beach, the rooms themselves had no bugs. It is considered great for a short, relaxing stay to recharge.

Nice apartments, the air mattress they provided was leaking so wasn't the best. Pretty outdoor areas. We were disappointed the pool was closed.

Older tired,in need of an upgrade timeshare,but awesome location.
One in the best 2 mile round trip walk in the beach to the lighthouse.

Had a wonderful 3 days, relaxing and recharging, refreshing, and regrouping. Loved hearing the waves. 🌊Any time at the coast is time well spent.
