Spectrum I will never go back to. Just had to pay a bill for July 23 to August 22. Even though we stopped service July 5th and had paid for service up to July 22 already... Bunch of bull. The lady in here was kind but the customer service online and the phone are all a bunch of jerks. Your reply does nothing to sate the situation. Unless I get refunded for the 106.99 that I had to pay I don't care what has to be said by this company.
I paid the last bill that covered the internet until July 22, the new month started July 23rd, and our due date is on the 10th. Well, I was under the impression since I already paid in full up to July 22 that there would not be another bill. Instead, they told me that my bill was generated on June 23rd for the July 23rd to August 22 service and I had to pay it. So I paid it and then said take me off all and any contact lists because I will never go back to your service ever again, we were planning to but not anymore.

So many outages I can’t even keep track. Plus they don’t compensate for and you get no credit unless you make the call and tell them yourself. I can see this hitting a big lawsuit it’s so bad. I pay 90 a month and only use them for internet only. Highway robbery

Sporadic service, cutting in and out and monthly “set” price has gone up twice. Kept getting another customers emails sent to my email address. Spent 30 minutes talking to representative who said they were unable to help. I cancelled my email notifications to solve the problem.

Spectrum Wi-Fi is unreliable. It’s out 6 to 8 times a month on the average but has been out 15 times in a month. Funny thing, it never goes out on a stormy windy day. It’s always a nice day when the Wi-Fi goes out. Switching to earthlink. Rated 4.5 stars and no strangers in your home. More reliable

One of your trucks blew through the crosswalk near the hospital at 6 am this morning with people in it. Please take action. Shouldn't be hard to figure out who it was. Only so many techs out in newport at 6am on a Wednesday

Service outage wasting my entire lunch break, every place I went in town to try to get lunch or run an errand could only accept cash. Service sucks. Goes out way too often.

Seems anytime there's a big sporting event we lose cable/internet. First day of NCAA tournament (today) cable has been out for hours. Perfectly clear day...no weather to blame. Told would be repaired by 7:30 pm. 7:50 now and, guess what, no cable. Price constantly going up and service going down. Sick of Spectrum on Oregon coast!

I am going out of town in 4 days and my mobile screen just cracked. I want to speak with a human at the Newport location that is 1 hour away so I can confirm they have the phone I need. However Spectrum does not allow a customer to call their storefront locations. Instead the options are -> go online to sched an appointment in Newport where I have no idea if it would be a waste of time or place an order online and hope it arrives before I leave.Whatever happened to customer service?

There's not a way to leave a review on corporate but June the so-called billing manager lied and said that she sent me an email telling me that my price is going to go up and it was never sent. So after being called a liar, I really don't want to be with spectrum anymore and she said there's nobody else for us to talk to but her this is very disrespectful and shouldn't be allowed let alone. Y'all shouldn't have a manager working for a company who has no customer support. Respect I know writing a review nothing's going to get done. She's still going to have her job. She's still going to be a lot of treat people s***** so thank you spectrum for going up on my bill without my consent. And thank you for allowing your employer to call me a liar when I have access to my emails and she doesn't
