I am going out of town in 4 days and my mobile screen just cracked. I want to speak with a human at the Newport location that is 1 hour away so I can confirm they have the phone I need. However Spectrum does not allow a customer to call their storefront locations. Instead the options are -> go online to sched an appointment in Newport where I have no idea if it would be a waste of time or place an order online and hope it arrives before I leave.Whatever happened to customer service?

There's not a way to leave a review on corporate but June the so-called billing manager lied and said that she sent me an email telling me that my price is going to go up and it was never sent. So after being called a liar, I really don't want to be with spectrum anymore and she said there's nobody else for us to talk to but her this is very disrespectful and shouldn't be allowed let alone. Y'all shouldn't have a manager working for a company who has no customer support. Respect I know writing a review nothing's going to get done. She's still going to have her job. She's still going to be a lot of treat people s***** so thank you spectrum for going up on my bill without my consent. And thank you for allowing your employer to call me a liar when I have access to my emails and she doesn't

Central OR coast winter storm, many without power. Our Spectrum internet was down & I rebooted it several times. Called for a rough estimate for restoration of service in our area. Spectrum service said we should not be down, they reset on their end and Restored Service. Solid Customer Service: checked to see if we were impacted, reset on their end & clear communication. Thank You.

Since you wanted an answer so badly about why we were canceling, and had your employees rudely try and FORCE us to tell you, your service freaking SUCKS. Also, customers don't want to be sold more things right after signing up for service, before it's even installed. ?♀️

I live 2 hours away. Drove all the way there got there 45 mins before closing. Glenn the store employee didn't want to try helping me or even kindly call the number to see if there was anything he could do until I flipped out I'm sorry you didn't wanna do your job and there was a wreck on the highway to delay my trip. From the moment I walked in that store he seemed irritated. I am now told I have to drive here daily to figure out if they have the phone in I want and they can't tell me when that will be or call me when they have one in stock for me to make the 2 hour drive to come pick that up. I would not recommend this phone service or cable. We're constantly losing service or our TV and Internet is down for hours. And now they can't even help me with getting a phone?! Can't order me one can't contact me when they have one in store. No supervisor to speak To.

The wifi it self is fine and the store workers are very nice and helpful however, I'm not sure it's a very convenient setup.

It is the worst cable service I've ever experienced in my 30 years of dealing with cable. It's constantly Going Out, the streaming is constantly Lagging and freezing their t v service on is horrible

No human interaction, all computerized and the computerized service never has any answers. Unfortunately, they are the most reliable service for internet on the coast.
