This is the friendliest Starbucks I have been to, on the west coast. Keep up the good work!

Waited in line for 35 min!! Never in my life should you wait that long for a coffee. When I expressed that I was upset about the wait they were very dismissive and didn’t apologize or seem to care. Even if there’s a lack of workers they should atleast warn you that the line will take a half of an hour when you order.

This location is quite busy, but there has always been parking available when I visit. This location shares a building with a small restaurant next door. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location doesn't meet the same quality standards as most others I have been to. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting, and that is IF you can get the code to work. The taste and quality of their beverages vary greatly with each visit, and some of the baristas are not very welcoming.Be prepared to wait longer for your purchase at this location as they have been extremely busy every time I've been there. I recommend trying your drink to make sure it is correctly prepared prior to leaving as well. I have a different experience with every visit.

Good experience @ Starbucks in Newport, OR. on the morning of New Year's Eve. We decided to walk inside, we were greeted promptly, and placed our order. Friendly service. Store itself was clean with a handful of patrons hanging out. Nice upbeat, mellow music. A lot of leftover Christmas merchandise for sale. Our drinks were correct, the right temperature, and delicious.

Certainly the dirtiest sbux i’ve been in. unfortunately restrooms were also very dirty with rolls of toilet paper on the floor and trash everywhere. sad to see as typically sbux is clean and organized. drink was 4/10

It's hard for me to not give Starbuck all 5s , cause really they are pretty great. Maybe , pricing is high, but not when compared to the competition.

The hustle isn't anything close to what you see in Portland stores. I know, I know, I'll stop but seriously I was in a hurry so I ordered a drip coffee and Danish, said no need to heat the Danish thinking this should be quick. We'll after 5 minutes I got a hot Danish, love hot Danish but my plan failed miserably.

We stopped for coffees whiler traveling through. There were 3 baristas working in the back section, and we were acknowledged fairly quickly and told someone would be right with us. They do have a drive-through, and there were a couple of vehicles in it.We were told e times that someone would be right with us. After 5 min of waiting, we left. Fortunately, there was no one behind us, or I am sure they would have gotten the same treatment.Very poor service considering there were 3 people working and minimal people to serve!

Always friendly and makes the drinks delicious! Shout out to Angie mouthing “Hello!” with a smile to me at the counter, while working the busy drive through! I don’t get that a lot and it really made my day!

No changing table in restroom and I wasn’t allowed to change my baby’s (5 months old) diaper inside. Just makes me disappointed. Also no automatic doors for mobilelydisabled people. NOT kid friendly, NOT baby friendly, NOT wheelchair/disability friendly.Had to change my baby’s diaper outside in her stroller - luckily it was sunny!Despite that nice baristas and good location - all you can expect from a Starbucks!

Starbucks, the place that promises coffee but often delivers disappointment instead! You walk in, hopeful for a caffeine fix, but it's like they're playing a game of hide and seek with their coffee beans. "Oh, you want a coffee? Sorry, we just ran out. Again. But we do have unicorn frappuccinos and a latte with 27 adjectives in the name!"It's like a cosmic joke – the coffee shop that's out of coffee more often than your cat is out of curiosity. You half expect baristas to break into a "Coffee's Out" dance routine. They might as well replace their logo with a sad emoji, because that's how you feel when they tell you, "Sorry, no coffee today." Maybe they're secretly training us for a caffeine-free future, or they've invested all their beans in coffee-flavored air fresheners. Who knows? But hey, Starbucks, we still love you, even if we have to settle for herbal tea or watered-down Frappuccinos. Your coffee shortage just makes our visits more adventurous – will we get lucky today, or will we have to caffeinate elsewhere? The struggle is real, but so is the addiction. Keep sipping and hoping, my fellow Starbucks enthusiasts!

Carol one of the drive thru ladies was super duper nice. Me and my wife were wearing matching pjs which she pointed out which was nice. She has the most wonderful attitude which is surprising for how many customers she must go through. Carol deserves a raise for sure, I don’t even live in Oregon just on vacation and I wish she worked at the one next to my house.
