I have been banking here over 20 years with multiple accounts and today I wanted to cash a check for $6000 that I wrote as a withdrawal on my own account. There was more than enough money available but she claimed I needed to call ahead and have an order for any amount over $5000. I said, okay, I would write the check for less, although it was annoying to not be able to get the amount I wanted. Then the teller asked what I wanted the money for and when I told her, she said, I can't help you. Why did she not want to work with me to make me happy? I tore up the check and walked out. So much for customer service to thanks for banking there for over 20 years, I am done. I will need an order to withdraw all my money, I am sure. I understand tell limits but I wasn't treated well at all. DONE!

We have been customer's at the Newport branch for 13 years and I love our bank. Over the years employees have come and gone but one thing that never changes is the great customer service. We always feel appreciated and well taken care of. Have never had a bad experience.

Went in to close an account, at Corvallis downtown locationforgot my statement. woman teller was NO help at all, gave her my ID to look me up, nope. Apparently she was not in a mood to even try. just, oh sorry, I can't locate your account. going to go to another locati9n that hopefully has better customer service.

Over the past six years I have received excellent service from this bank, both in Portland and Newport.During the current Covid pandemic, Newport branch manager, Tina assisted me with some complicated transactions via phone and going back and forth from bank to my car in parking lot...practicing social distancing and masking up. Rude unconscionable customer service Newport Oregon Branch only. I am a Bank account holder. Newport Branch has always been rude and they proved true to their reputation again today. My mother died. I was sent a check from life insurance that my brother signed over to me. They refused despite my home branch manager in Beaverton, (who by the way go above and beyond to be kind) calling and advocating and the phone banking representative advocating the branch still refused and when i told the manager at the newport branch why I needed the money for airfare for funeral she said she did not care. I told her to have a nice weekend and she got upset amd told me to "invite myself to not come back to this branch" I hope she, " Tina" chokes on her bleached blonde hair during her martini hour. Karma..
