Don’t use US bank to do mobile deposits! They told me that if I do a mobile deposit that $200 will be available immediately and the rest of my funds would be available in 3 days. Now they are saying it will take 9 days to receive any funds whatsoever. Now I can’t pay my phone bill or rent, and I use my phone for work, and now I am going to lose my dream job if I don’t magically come up with more money. Not to mention I have no idea what my landlord is going to say now. They are not being helpful at all either… thanks for screwing me over U.S. bank!!! Time to go work some boring job and take my business elsewhere.

My partner and I recently become full time locals of this area but we still travel a lot so my partner is unwilling to switch his bank, however he is head of household, and while I am unemployed he is the one paying our bills. In an attempt to be more fiscally conservative with our money we decided it best that we take our cash out when he receives his veterans disability pay each month, and envelope it so we can track our spending more easily and save some money for his dogs surgery. We came in at the end of January, 1/30/24 as he'd received his pay for February, and we asked a blonde gal if we were to do a meta cash transfer using Facebook meta, if I would be able to take it out that day. She explained that as long as it completed as a transaction and showed the full funds available, then yes. So we first tried a smaller payment of 500$ with her in line and she said that went through, so then we left the store, discussed it and he sent another 500$ and when i could see on the app it went through we sent the remaining 1000$, hopped back in line and withdrew the whole 2000$ on 1/30. The teller who gave us the money even asked the gal we initially spoke with, "is it okay that it shows completed, but pending to dispense the funds?" She said yes. The following month we go in to do the same thing. It was 2/28/24, the teller we went to was the same teller. My account had a negative balance for a maintenance fee of 6.95$ my partner sent me a payment on 2/28 of 150$ and that covered my balance and left me with 143.05$, he then sent me another 2000$, the teller asks the same question, "is it okay that I am dispensing this though it says pending?" She was told yes and gave me 2143.05$. Now we're caught up. I come in today, my partner has sent me only 2000$ this time in one transaction, it covers the monthly maintenance fee, and leaves the account with 1993.05$, I go in to withdraw, the same way I have the previous 2 months. The same teller, again, asking the same question, again, this time a heavy set Latina woman says yes but then quickly says no. I asked why, I did it the last two months, at this branch, with this teller. She first tells me it's because my account had a negative balance from the fee, and I said it did last month too, and yet I walked out of here with more than I am asking for now when the meta transaction took place the same day, then too, so why is this different? She said if the money were to be retracted the bank would be out 2000$ I said I get that but what I am asking is why was I able to do it last month and the month before that, at this branch with this teller but now I can't? All she could say is they can't do it until it posts, they wouldn't even give me the minimum she told me I had to go pull it out of the atm, which was really ridiculous since I already went in and made the effort to pull the money out, the least they could've done is give me the minimal balance I would've been able to get from the atm, but she wouldn't explain or even tell me what the most I was able to even take out or why they wouldn't do it for me. So I come back the next day, the same teller I'd worked with before sees me, and I can tell she is laughing about not wanting to help me, super subtle, so the latina chick helps me. I pulled up my app to show her why I was so upset yesterday, she looked for two seconds and then steered away from the app because "we're focused on the transaction today" all I'm trying to show her is that, during the transaction on 2/28 your branch did in fact withdraw those funds, to me, 2143.05$ which SHOWS IN MY APP AS LEAVING MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY WITH A -2000$ BALANCE, AND THE META TRANSACTION COMPLETING ON 2/29. All I wanted was for her to say, you're right, we did mess up by giving you funds from your account before the transaction completed last month, moving forward we do have to completely wait until it's posted and final. Instead she was a totally rude bitch to me and asked me if I wanted to

I give no stars to US Bank!! US Bank is nothing but false advertisement and Liars!! I signed up for a credit card that you can earn up rewards with big purchases and month to month purchases. So now that I saved up a lot of rewards for Christmas US Bank will only give you $25 out of the hard earned money that you save up on their credit cards!! So I'm definitely switching banks after I pay my credits cards off from the holidays. It's not Rewards or your money that you earn if US Bank gives you rules and a small portion that they give back. Red flags people don't trust US Bank.

Visited to open a business account. Ashly Frizzell assisted me in deciding what was best for me. She answered all my question and suggested things I had not even thought of. A big Thank You to Ashly.

I have been a member of this branch for over twenty years, I might not go in as much as I used to but even after not stepping in there for over a year I was greeted by name which I thought was really cool.

I have been banking here over 20 years with multiple accounts and today I wanted to cash a check for $6000 that I wrote as a withdrawal on my own account. There was more than enough money available but she claimed I needed to call ahead and have an order for any amount over $5000. I said, okay, I would write the check for less, although it was annoying to not be able to get the amount I wanted. Then the teller asked what I wanted the money for and when I told her, she said, I can't help you. Why did she not want to work with me to make me happy? I tore up the check and walked out. So much for customer service to thanks for banking there for over 20 years, I am done. I will need an order to withdraw all my money, I am sure. I understand tell limits but I wasn't treated well at all. DONE!

We have been customer's at the Newport branch for 13 years and I love our bank. Over the years employees have come and gone but one thing that never changes is the great customer service. We always feel appreciated and well taken care of. Have never had a bad experience.

Went in to close an account, basically no wait time. Maria was awesome, happy, ready to help me & business was a snap.Had a bad experience with the downtown Corvallis branch so was a little leery about trying a US Bank branch again but happy to say I’d go back here in a heart beat if my other bank doesn’t work out.

Every month i pay my rent and child support on the same day a payment that is over 1200$. Yesterday i went to do it again however the transaction was declined. I had the money. The first person i spoke with Taylor said he would find out why and give a call or email the same day. NadaToday i spoke with 2 people one had me on hold for 12 minutes before i disconnected. Finally i was told the automated system made the decrease but no one can tell me why. Spoke with lady in the branch who said i needed to call the customer service number. Was told that someone will call me back....im not holding my breath...UPDATE 6.18.2021Problem NOT resolved... Called the number and gave reference number lady could not find it. I called brance this morning still no one could give me reason or correct problem.
