I came in to buy a pack of cigarettes after driving from Eugene to do my job. Once I finish my deliveries, I went to the 7-Eleven in North Bend. I almost fell on the floor, which the clerk, fortunately warned me about, so that really has nothing to do with this. However, when I went to purchase my cigarettes & Mountain Dew, she asked for my ID, which is no problem, so I gave it to her, and she questioned if it was me & had me pull down my mask, which I gladly did. Then she continued to tell me that it doesn't look like me. Mind you this picture was taken when I was 20. I'm almost 37. And at this point now I've become offended, annoyed and belittled. I gave her every bit of information on the card to assure her that it was my ID, and she laughed under her breath and shook her head. When I asked her about it, she kicked me out of the store and told me she was going to call the police and she wouldn't stop repeating herself over and over again until I finally told her that she was pathetic. Horrible service. I didn't get to try the food I was trying to buy. Quite frankly the whole environment was nasty. Very horrible experience considering it was just a 7-Eleven and I do not expect very much. :( and back to Eugene I go

I wouldn't recommend the 7 eleven on Virginia in North Bend. The manager was very rude.

This 7-11 does NOT!!! upload cash to cards .. like Cash app or Step cards. LAME!!! Very inconvenient .

I am a everyday customer at the North Bend 7 11.Your employee with all the black hair in his face, to the point of not seeing his face at all, is one of the ruddiest people. I m 75 years old and do not expect to be talk to in the manor in which he has. Not only myself but I've been in your store when he has been rude to other people. I told him he was rude and his response was, (dont really care what you think).
